Went to the store on August 8th 2021 at about 4:00 p.m. Horrible service and I feel the employee that served me was also lazy. First example: ordered two combos. Each combo for a separate order but the employee decides to put the cookies I requested for two separate combos into the same bag. Did not realize the cookies were in the same bag until I got home.... Hello??!!! how do you know if that's not for a different person? Which it actually was by the way......!! Or maybe Subway is just trying to reduce the amount of paper and plastic they use... who knows... Either way I don't really like having my sandwich or cookies in the same bag. I don't like other people sticking their hands or my own hands into a bag where the food is supposed to be two separate orders and contaminating the same bag my order is in. Especially with covid going around.......
Second example: I ordered a turkey sub and a cold cut trio and the employee never even marked the the sub so I could tell the difference of which sub was which. I literally had to ask the employee to do this! Something that should just be common sense.........
So bottom line I ordered for my neighbor and I ended up giving my neighbor the wrong sub because the employee marked the cold cut trio as a turkey sub even though I told the employee to mark which was the turkey sub. I ended up throwing my order out because I don't eat turkey subs and it was supposed to be for my neighbor and because I already gave the cold cut trio to my neighbor and don't know if they washed their hands before opening the sub packaging up, or if they were picking their nose before they opened it or what. So I had a total loss of appetite and basically feel like I've been ripped off about $20 which is how much I costed for my meals which were incorrectly made. Recommend not...

My son went in to order and they blantantly ignored him and let other customers ahead of him. I was in my vehicle while he was ordering but I went in to follow up after he came out and shared that she ignored him and because I wanted to ensure he received the same treatment as any guest. When I went in I too was blantantly ignored until I spoke up and said I was not ordering and just wanted to follow up with my sons customer service. The one older lady screamed and came around to the other side and was so aggressive like she was going to throw hands. I emailed corporate. I hope that no one else experiences this...

The girl just put three small pieces of onion three pieces of tiny tomatoes and about 4 prices of cocumber. They had no salsa and no beans/crons that come with it. I had to ask for it. Then she cut few green paper and tried to make it for me. I asked for bean and then she went backroom and brought some for me. this place is okay for those who can ask for things.
