Went to this location and we ordered 2 drinks in the counter, then afte 10 minutes this barista call my name so what i did go check and grab our orders, when i get there i read the name on the cup and i confirmed it was my drink and that barista in the picture was yelling at me and said "that's not your drink, HELLO THAT'S NOT YOUR ORDER, EXCUSE ME I SAID ITS NOT YOURS ITS FOR JERRICK" and i asked her back why are you yelling at me for grabbing my own drinks, i paid for it, and how do you know it's not my drinks? Is this how you treat customer here by look? And she didn't even say anything nor apologize or any sorry, and she gave me a nasty look, i feel so uncomfortable by her attitude so i went to our table and waited for almost half an hour for the other drinks, so i go to the counter and ask the other barista and guess what she did not make our 2nd drinks, thats fantastic we been waited for so long and i wanted to remake my drinks that she made was so much lumps of matcha, but i don't have energy to do that, i feel embarrassed by yelling for grabbing my own drinks all the people looking at me, i asked the other barista her name was ELLIE,when i went home i try to call the store to share my greatest excellent experience guess what who picked up the call, its ELLIE and she said she is the supervisor and i said WOW, why they hired someone like her to be a supervisor and treated customer poorly she don't deserved to have that position, it's disgusting and disgrace her reputation of the store. I call again and talk to the manager and the manager said come back to the store and she will make me a drinks for free so we are even, wow why this people are so awful, i highly recommend DO NOT COME TO THIS...
Read moreI ordered a grande iced latte with a few snacks, and a cookie. I ordered at the front and when i got my order it was the wrong size, whatever. I told the guy who gave me my drink “hey i actually ordered a grande”. It’s not a problem. It happens. However the girl that took my order basically gives me the snarkiest attitude i’ve ever experienced, saying i didn’t ask for a grande.. i did. Whatever though, i pay the extra 30 cents. And then i mention i also asked for a chocolate chip cookie, to which i get the most disgusted look from her, she says “ you did not” in the most condescending tone ,you would think i did something terribly personal to her with the way she responded. I answered “i 100% did” (which i did), then i get the answer “im not going to argue with you”..????? i work in hospitality myself and i know how it is, i know things happen, orders get missed it’s not a big deal but this response is unacceptable. I told her she’s being very rude and i don’t appreciate it. I was very reasonable, i wasn’t rude in the slightest, i just want what i ordered. Anyway i pay for the cookie, only after she throws around more attitude when she asks me whether i want it warmed up or not. Read moreI visited this location for the first time, this morning. I very rarely go to Starbucks, but decided to try it, as I started a new job nearby. I had a great experience! I am typically a very shy person, and have difficulty speaking to people, including staff members in the service industry. However, the man at the till (wore a black beanie), was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I had been having a rocky morning, and this simple interaction uplifted my spirits greatly. The staff were are all very professional, informative, quick and efficient. The store itself had a beautiful, clean, and well-stocked atmosphere. I decided to stay a while and read, while I enjoyed my order. It was definitely worth the increase in cost to visit this shop, as opposed to the other coffee shop I had been a regular at.
