Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

Ordered pizza at 6:13pm. They said within an hour. Great. I’m at work so I thought that this was perfect. 723 the driver calls me says he can’t find the address. I gave the company name and the address that I put in the order again. He finally comes in and Dumps pizza on the counter and leaves. I said oh wait please and I hand him the tip. He mutters something and leaves. Pizza is STONE COLD. I mean stone cold Steve Austin could’ve sued for copyrights. Anyway. I called the restaurant. And the lady on the phone wasn’t helpful. While I’m airing my frustrations she legit puts me on hold without saying anything. She puts the manager on the phone who uses excuses like “ well we had fifteen orders and two drivers” I said okay a rush I understand. But you didn’t call to let me know it would take extra time. He said if I wanted a fresh pizza I had to return the cold one I said bro I can’t leave my work. That’s why I ordered pizza! At this time I’ve already started to eat it because I’m starving and have little time to eat. I can’t return a half eaten pizza. He didn’t want to refund me without the pizza. I ordered an XL and he only wanted to give me in store credit for a medium. Seriously don’t order from this location. I know I won’t be. Least helpful team ( if you can call them that ) on the planet. The cherry on the cake was the god damn hair I found in the pizza while...

The service is nice, respectful, professional team. Always the team do the best work and delivery food to your door to keep you happy. If you are Muslim (like me), they always do your request(s) (like I’m always asking to have a clean cut to avoid the knife was cutting bacon, what ever your religion or restrictions, they glad to do it for you. If there was any mistake with the order, they glad to fix it for you and give you a 25/50 discount on your next order to keep you happy. And many many great things that I founded here that I didn’t see it in another places.. 1000000% I will recommend to get the best pizza only from Papa John’s.. All I’m asking, just do one visit, and try what ever you like, and you will tell my points.. DON’T FORGET AND YOU MOST try brownies cookies, have a nice meal, and let me know about your experience with them .. found it same as I did or little different.. (I’m very loyal customer to Papa John’s products, and luckily the store was just opened in this area last week (still new) and working until 3:00 am. Many new products added into the menu.)

I ordered online, and 3 minutes after placing the order I called to cancel the order, he told me that the order was already ready which there is no way it was ready 3 min after placing the order, he then asked why I was canceling, and i said i no longer needed the order I shpuldnt have to give a reason 3 minutes after placing an order and cancelling it. I was then told that they will no longer deliver to our address! Which is fine I'll simply order from a competitor next time. I have never had issues before with this papa John's on 17ave se. It's not their business to know why I was cancelling, he was extremely rude on the phone and to get blacklisted for one single cancelled order 3 minutes after it was placed is completely ridiculous, I've never cancelled an order with them before or even complained about any orders from them even if...
