Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Calgary

I ordered 2 BBQ chicken pizzas. Both are supposed to come with both tomato sauce and BBQ sauce. Needless to say neither of them came with BBQ sauce... like what is the point of a BBQ chicken pizza without the BBQ? As for tomato sauce, they may as well not had that on their either. I asked for it to be well done and they both came undercooked. I'm far from impressed. The canned iced tea and the prepackaged brownies were the only things that I can't complain about. Probably because the store was merely just a stopping point for those. No effort was made to get those out the door....well no effort was made to even make the pizza for that matter. Underwhelmed, unimpressed and don't care if i ever order from there again.

I ordered a box of hot wings and a 6 pack of coke online today. When the driver finally showed up, he was angry and yelling about having to drive so far. I noticed my food was cold and it was missing the drinks. I told the driver that wasn't acceptable for me. He then called in and argued with someone on the phone. After he handed over the phone and a lady said the delivery driver would come back with my drinks. With cold food already I wasn't happy about waiting another hour for my drinks. The driver then got in an argument with the lady on the phone and the only words I could understand were the swears. The driver then still demanded that I give him a tip. I tried to call it in. I talked to a gentleman named Solomon. All he could do was offer a $5 discount on my next order claiming they were refusing to deliver to me again. Now it's almost the end of my dinner break and I have to go back to work all night without the food I ordered. When I do get the chance to get something I don't think I'm going to be giving pizza73 my business ever again after such treatment at my place of work. Update 3-Nov2022: I reached out to pizza 73 as per their comment to my review. Their response was: "We do apologize about the issue you most recently had with us. We will certainly share your comments with the location right away." After this no one reached out to me and I followed up again and their response was: "We do apologize our email was not clear; we have handled this concern internally with the location and their manager"

Hence it is useless to reach out to pizza 73 as they suggested in some responses cuz they didn't do anything to make things right. We ordered plant based buffalo chicken sandwich. They gave us the wrong sandwich as it didn't have the Buffalo sauce and no banana peppers. The plant based patty was burned and really hard to chew.
