Papa Murphy's Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

Hella shout out to Papa Murphy’s in Bowness!! They have ridiculously good prices for an amazing pizza! I mean, come on, where else can you find a medium two topping pizza half-and-half for under $15!? With their take and bake option, You can even save a couple more bucks, but honestly, the pizza was baked to absolute perfection… I wouldn’t mess with that. Not for $5 Dollars 10 dollars or $100 Dollars! So far, I’ve been there three times in two weeks and it didn’t matter who was working. They worked with me to get me a stellar deal on the pizza that I wanted just by juggling a couple things in the menu. They weren’t doing any favours or playing favourites of any kind. They just priced it the way that the menu worked. Thanks so much for the best pizza I’ve ever had under 15 bucks. To the woman whom works, I'm guessing their late shift, you take extra care in making the pie and even though its just some dough, cheese, veggies and meat…it doesn't go unnoticed that you have pride in where you are… both at your job and in your new home on this side of the pond. Edit: The below review was responded to by the business with an implication that the review was not genuine and meant to promote another pizza place (our usual pizza place). The business asked for my order number as proof of our having been there. I would like to respond by saying that I do not keep order numbers of pizza I ordered over a month ago, and that this is not the way a business should respond to an unfavourable review. I have removed the name of our usual pizza place to support that this review reflects a genuine experience at this business and it simply was not very good and I think others in the neighbourhood should know if they care to read reviews. My original review was 2 stars, but the business' response has reduced it one.

Haven't even gotten my pizza yet. I don't even care what it tastes like. It'll be over an hour old because the driver couldn't read my address. They told me my address was not correct on the form, but it was. They had a faulty online form that insists on entering a suite number, not a house number. I wasn't available to take the phone call as I was in a meeting and my phone was charging in the other room, so they couldn't find me and just took my pizza back to the shop. I paid for delivery and a tip and still no pizza. The women I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. Texting me from her personal phone. Saying it was my fault after offering me a refund, but then texted back that she was sending my pizza through skip the dishes when I had already told her to cancel the order. She told me she would not refund me because she sent the pizza, even though I told her not to. Totally incompetent. My kid's hungry now, cause no dinner showed up. Customer service...
