Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Calgary

I was staying at a hotel beside Pizza 73 and I ordered two medium pizzas and they said the wait time would be 40 to 60 minutes. I waited over an hour and a half and the pizza never came so I called and they said the order was never sent through to the pizza place so I spoke to the call center and the first lady at the service call centre for pizza 73 ended up getting mad at me and hung up on me. I phoned back again and the second lady said since the call was not properly placed by whoever took my call that they couldn't do anything about it. She talked to the supervisor and the supervisor couldn't do anything at all. Pizza 73 is a horrible business to buy food from I would highly suggest never ever...

THE WORST chain pizza around. I haven't ate at Pizza 73 for quite awhile but decided to order it today. Wish I hadn't. The wings are so tiny. The curly fries they give you are mostly burnt ends of chips with very little actual curly fries and the pizza is God awful! Their crust is like stale bread that falls apart when you hold it. All this and that's not to mention the rude prick of a delivery driver who when you say thank you says "yeah yeah" as they walk away. I think ill learn my lesson and NEVER order from...

I ordered at the store. Raj at the store helped me with the order. My order was a custom pizza and he took the order very promptly. Raj also helped me get a deal so I save a few bucks. I wanted a thin crust but due to some miscommunication they made a regular crust. When I informed Raj he very politely apologized and made a new one for me. Only thing I had to wait for a fresh one.

Great experience, very friendly staff and very efficient problem handling.

Definitely coming back again.
