3rd time giving this place a shot. I can only say, "bring your own food". The beer selection is decent, I don't think they have draft or maybe the only guy there was busy. Have not even looked at the wine list and maybe that's where I'm missing the popularity of the place. I would give 0 stars if it were not for the friendly but overwhelmed single staff member every time (busy with skip the dishes takeout etc) able to cope with having to swing the whole place without going postal. The atmosphere is really cool and I would love to hang there if the food would be anything decent. The pizzas are expensive too, not really justifiable by "how busy the one person" is. There is a place with astonishing real thin crust Neapolitan pizza very close by. Ofen quality is important, the quality and freshness of what you put in it is more important. Most unrefined pizza joint in Calgary. Any chain takeout will be tastier and possible much less money. (they ask $25.00 for a plain 12" which is on...

The saddest pizza I’ve ever ordered. Ordered what I thought was a large for pick up and received the equivalent of a McCain’s frozen pizza. Cost me $28 and had almost no toppings on it and was drenched in hot sauce with a cardboard crust and rubbery chicken with about 5 pieces of pineapple. I ordered the Fire Pizza expecting something interesting (as the description online says homemade sauce) and it was just a like someone opened a bottle of hot sauce and forgot when to stop pouring- it overpowered all other flavours. I went to their website and had to download the PDF which showed their large is a 12” pizza- which is normally a medium pizza. So hungry after eating that sad pizza that we stopped at dominos afterwards (cost me $10 for a 12”). Will never be back here! Sad excuse for a “pizza” place. I will say that in the short time I was in the establishment, it did look like a neat place to go for karaoke / open mic... only if you’ve eaten...

I'm very lucky to have this oasis of delicious food, live music, great service, and social activity so close to where I live. They have a lot more than just pizza - try the French onion soup, the lunch menu, or the legendary lasagna! But the pizza is great. They even used my build-your-own creation as a feature for awhile! Bob the owner and Lindsay the agent have worked very hard to keep live music happening here (and are both awesome people), Lenni is a polite, excellent conversationalist, Bascilia is a friendly and hard working young man whose Greek mother makes and brings in the delicious cheesecake that's on the dessert menu, Austin has a sense of humour that will keep you entertained whether you're trying to pay attention to it or not, and Amanda has a dry, sarcastic wit and keeps everyone in line. Thanks for all the memories so far, and enjoy the photos! There are so many more, but these are the ones...

I don't care what the owner thinks, I've seen his replies oh it's the best flour made in house from scratch for decades secret recipe pretty sure its a local thing with the 5 star reviews. It's terrible. It's thinner than a paper plate imagine buying a pita bread and opening it and that's your pizza dough ....tasteless, and the toppings It's as if they get it all chopped up and frozen and they defrost for the day and just chuck it on the pizza. Flavorless and sauceless. I don't need the owners reply its a 1 star rating. The actual place is very small but cozy with tv screens so come down for the beer but get your pizzas elsewhere.
