Shotz Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Calgary

Just ordered takeout from here for the first time and unfortunately we will never be ordering here again. The baked fettuccine was pretty much fettuccine soup and it has a weird after taste. The chicken fingers looked flabby and I make homemade boxed ones that taste better then these & the mac n cheese bites were gross😔We didn't receive our gravy and to top it all off, i paid for an upgrade to a caesar salad for my side and chose veggies and didn't get either. The last part is more Ubers fault then anything bc they shouldn't have those as options if they don't actually come with the meal....ESPECIALLY if u are paying upcharges for them,but still. The lady who answered the phone to deal with my issue at the bar wasn't very empathetic at all and quite abrupt in my opinion. I was a server/manager for 15yrs and I don't appreciate how they handled the situation at all....and I'm like the easiest person to deal with when there's issues with my orders. I use to frequent Shots over a decade ago; not only very reasonable prices, and above regular quality pub food, but no hassles. Very accomodating; whether solo or a party of friends....there is no drama. BTW: being solo lady, asking for an escort out to your vehicle, is very acceptable and a no-brainer for the staff. Very accommodating. Extremely accommodating staff, very reasonable prices and zippo conflict on any scale.
