I've came a few times now. I've had a younger lady who was great and older servers that were slow as mollases almost purposely. The red curly hair lady who im assuming is the owner or daughter is rude. Makes you feel unwelcome unless you're one of the sloppy drunk regulars. Sit in plain site and wait 10 minutes to get a Miserable greeting. Place was not busy at all and acting all overwhelmed. Felt like she just wanted me to leave. 1 server serves the whole place Probably because they want it that way, more tips for them but can't keep up. Definitely has that im the owner and I'll get to you when I feel like vibe. Don't like it, leave! We're very polite, tip, and order simple beer yet acted as if she wished we had never shown up. This place was on my regular circuit until recently. As mentioned in previous reviews, it is dated and maybe a little grungy for some people. I go after work still wearing a suit and I'm a bit out of place. My GF doesn't drink and has always only ordered water. I tend to have 2-4 beers. The last time I went, I was told we could not order wings if my GF would not order a drink. I explained I would drink for two and they turned us down. I walked out with a full beer on the table. That is one of the single worst customer service experiences I've had. I understand they sell the wings cheap to drive the beer sales. I would easily have had enough beer for two people. I've never left without a bill for $50.00 and a 20% tip. I'll be happy to take my business...

I will be honest, we use to go all the time, but it came under new management and the quality of service and cleanliness went down, so we stopped going. But a couple weeks ago I went and phenomenal service, best service I've had in a very long time from anywhere. We had drinks and appy's. The food is top notch, don't let the look of the place discourage you. And have gone a couple more times and the same great food and service. Recommend the tacos, the prawns and the steak.
