Ordered online via Subway application. They didn't have the bread I wanted, didn't call me to ask for another bread type. I went to pickup and it wasn't made, they asked me for another bread type. I ordered online hence I didn't have time to spare. I asked for a refund instead, they said no. I started to argue with them that if they do not have the product I want, you need to refund the customer, that is business 101. She refused, this went on for 10 minutes. She called her manager and still the manager said no. I told her to call her manager back so I can talk to her, I told her the situation and she still refused to refund my money. Subway literally stole my money. No refund, no product. The worker ended up just turning her back and walking away. It was by far the worst customer experience I had in my life from any type of buisiness. From spending $150-$200 a month on subway to nothing. Never returning. Horrible service, horrible customer service and a manager that only has 1 worker working on a Saturday night. There is also a good chance you get soggy sub for whatever reason. Read moreFantastic service tonight Aug 27th 2020, from the lady working! She was alone and handled everything very well. She had a mobile and skip order come in just before I walked in total of 7 subs I beleive, so I was informed it would be a bit before she could serve me ... cause skip which I personally hate always takes priority over the person in the store not just Subway but any business that uses skip ... anyhow She was very friendly and apologetic even tho it was beyond her control.
I myself have worked a similar job in the past before skip was a thing and know how stressful it can be, its high pressure in a situation like that and she did extremely well.
Kudos to her and keep up the good work.
I know some will say they should have more staff on but its hard to predict right now if you will be busy from one day...

I end up buying frozen rice and cold beef. I bought the rice bowl around 8:00pm 2023/10/19 at this store. I hope this review can help subway find out the staff who give out poor service. I personally like subway product. I also meet professional staff who guide me with their heart there. Personally I dont hate subway product or the atmosphere here.
