Subway — Restaurant in Calgary

I would give this location ZERO stars but google makes click on at least one. I love and eat at subway very often, this is by far the worst location I have ever been to in my entire experience with subway. The owner was very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I asked for extra ingredients in my sub and the lady making the sub was cheap...I had to ask multiple times to add more. The owner laughed at how much extra ingredients I wanted on my vegi sub and was making very rude remarks regarding how much I had in my sub and how much I eat. Coming from a large man himself, I found this to be very insulting. I told him he was being rude as I paid, and he stated that he should be charging me $30 for this one 6 inch sub. I told him to charge me the $30 and he mumbled "F**k off". I could not believe how rude and unprofessional this man is. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION to anyone!!! This location offers friendly and helpful service. The staff I had the pleasure of dealing with were quite warm and welcoming. They were efficient and accommodating. Made it very quick and easy for me to place and receive my order. One particular staff member even took the time to engage in a passing conversation with me, so it didn't even feel completely transactional. The food is what you'd expect from Subway and this place offers just as good quality as any location. Certainly any Subway's not 100% 'health optimal' in terms of ingredients, but it's better than most and quite good for a fast-food chain. If you're in the mood for a quick bite and would enjoy a sandwich, this is definitely a place to go to because what's particularly convenient about this location is that it's open real late, until 2am everyday I think, so you can get what you need even if you're still out and about real late...

.... Okay so for starters I ordered a 6in sub, she took out the half loaf left over from a previous customer (which is normal) and then proceeded to cut extra bread off that half piece??? Then of course, the meat was now too large for this tiny piece of bread. Can somebody please tell me why she acted like the toppings are coming out of her paycheck? I didn't say anything but maybe I should have. Then when she rolled the bread into the wrap she literally squeezed it, pretty much no bread now so that's great.

I really don't expect much from a fast food joint. I found this to be extremely unecessary. I honestly don't think I've ever given an establishment less than 4 stars, however if I could put 0 I would.
