Called in to ask to make a reservation for 14: Me: can I make a reservation for 14 people at 7? Staff: we don't do reservations Me: how long do you think the wait will be at around 7? Staff: it depends on how busy it is Me: I know it depends on how busy is it, I want to know how busy it usually gets and an expected wait time. Staff: it depends.

Wasn't very helpful.

Our server was terrible. When we showed up, she brought us to 2 tables and had US put it together and didn't even place the settings for us. When handing out water and bowls, she just placed it in one spot and made us distribute it. She even stuck her fingers into the waters (as if to pinch the rim) when transferring from the tray to table. THIS IS A HUGE HEALTH VIOLATION!! I don't want to pay to be drinking water with the dirt from under your nails in it. And when we asked for plates because our rice wraps didn't come with any, we were told no because the kitchen didn't want to wash the plates. If I had paid then I wouldn't have tipped at all. The staff working here treat their customers with complete disdain over the phone. I was put on hold several times while trying to place my single order. Had the lady there call me back several times as she incorrectly entered my credit card info, while asking me if I was broke. After establishing that I wasn't trying to waste my own time ordering food without funds, I then waited almost an hour for my order to be delivered, only to have their driver tell me I owed him a tip towards the total. And then hand over my order to discover I had been charged for two orders. I called in to complain, only to have the phone passed back and forth between staff to have their manager berate me and tell me I wasn't listening to him and going back and forth between having me walk over to their restaurant or sending their guy back to correct their mistake. I am completely appalled at how everything was handled, and would strongly recommend a different location to order from, as this is not the world's best Vietnamese food either if you...

I was introduced to this restaurant last night and was pleasantly surprised with their food. First when i walked into the restaurant I wasn't sure if I time travelled into the 1980s. The restaurant has an older decor with disco music in the background. I felt like I was in a disco club. I ordered the deluxe pho special ($12 per bowl) and chicken salad rolls ($8 for four). The pho tasted very boney like this is a hardcore viet style. I would recommend using all the basil and bean sprouts they offer to balance the taste. The meatballs in the soup were good (nicely spiced) but the beef slices were too chunky). Moving onto the chicken salad rolls it's better than average. The chicken had a nice honey glaze and was well balanced with lettuce, vermicelli, and chopped basil. My only suggestion would be to not overcook...
