Tonight we ordered the Bogo sale,”two for one” subs. We are very thankful for the discount…it’s been awhile since we had Subway cause everything is pretty expensive right now in this economy. Anyways, I ordered the pizza sub and my other half ordered a ham sub. The Pizza sub always come with marinara/pizza sauce (and if it doesn’t, I definitely did ask for it ) and it didn’t. I was OK with eating it’s as is. I just told my other half to give them a courtesy call just to kindly let them know that maybe they by chance forgot the sauce…not a problem.. just a heads up for next time. That is all. We weren’t looking for anything, not a refund or anything in return. we just wanted to let them know maybe that by mistake they forgot it. Until…The lady that answered the phone was really snarky and rude saying that she put it on it for sure and we were wrong…she was really quite rude and quick to hang up. We ordered at 7:45 PM. The receipt doesn’t say any cashier‘s name…It was a pick up order, as said we weren’t calling for any kind of complaint, refund or anything else, but just to say maybe a little mistake was made…. we didn’t expect the snarky comments from just calling to let them know. Anyways buyer beware if they get it wrong, you’re pretty much “supposed to just keep your mouth shut and eat it”.lol 🤷🏻♀️ Apparently they have these sales for a reason. Obviously they’re not doing that well and you would think their customer service would be a little better. 👍 (sorry, the picture of the receipt is all scrunched out because I did throw it out before taking the picture of it) Looking at the other real reviews, it doesn’t seem like I’m too far off or there Customer...
Read moreThe service we received tonight left us in disbelief. We came in at 9:15 PM October 13th, to order and we were immediately greeted by an Indian lady at the counter. Right away she asked us what we wanted and my partner ordered first, then she asked me what I wanted and I said "Oh sorry I'm just deciding" she responded with "Hurry up we are closing." We were shocked with the audacity of this woman as we have gone to this Subway for 5 years, since it's down the street from us. Once we had our sandwiches made, we asked to do a combo and when I asked if I could have soup, she made me repeat myself 3 times and each time offering cookies or chips, when she finally understood me she said "We don't have that here." Pardon me? The combos offer soup, at the beginning of when you make your sandwich it showcases the soup of the day. I'd understand if she had said "Sorry we closed it for the night, but you can have chips or cookies." Instead, she decided that Subway does not offer soup. At the end we felt so uncomfortable with her rude and unprofessional behaviour. It's an absolute joke that we were asked for a tip after being treated that way. One of our local stops has unfortunately become one that now...
Read moreI recently visited Subway and had the pleasure of being served by Shavya, who is truly a standout sandwich artist! From the moment I walked in, her welcoming smile and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. She took the time to listen to my preferences and expertly crafted my sandwich with precision and care.
Shavya’s attention to detail was impressive—she made sure every layer was perfect, from the fresh veggies to the ideal amount of sauce. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows in the quality of the food.
I've had sandwiches at many Subways, but Shavya's exceptional service and talent made this experience memorable. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and letting Shavya work her magic on your sandwich. I’ll definitely be back for more! Thank you, Shavya, for a...
