Swigs Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Calgary

To the blonde women who was working the bar and servicing tables today. Really unfortunate experience and what one of our local pubs that we’ve been coming to for over 20years. Looking for the lunch menu as we do on Friday’s. We came in at 1:45pm and she refused to give us a lunch menu as it ended at 2. Then when we politely asked her to wipe our table as it was super filthy she rolled her eyes. We ordered a beer and a glass of house white wine. After this we received our bill and I know I’ve never paid 11 dollars for one glass of house white wine !! She was not only rude but went out of her way to rip us off. I wish I could give a better review as the food is delicious. However I ordered takeout from here and was missing an order item. When I called to speak with the restaurant about it, I let them know that I would not order again from them as they did not give me the missing item, something instead of the missing item, or a refund for the item. When i listened to the explanation I told them I understand but would still not be ordering again. Super cool and friendly staff who are smart enough to not let a drunk drive home. The kitchen serves up real tasty grub. Tried the Super Hot pork ribs and the beef stoganoff, should have eaten more. The daily Specials are a great deal. Saw a couple of hot chicks eating the beef dip with gravy and fries, looked even better than the stroganoff. Live bands most weekends and a clean eight ball table. No darts just cool new VLT's. Their taps are clean so jugs of beer go down real smooth, I recommend Swigs House Lager.
