Ridiculous and bad customer service by the lady who was working at the front counter at 5:04 pm on September 28th 2022. There was a line up of 7-8 people at the counter and I saw one other lady who was working at the back area. I wanted to use washroom too so I went to the washroom and saw that it was locked. So I came to the other side of the counter and asked her for the key for the washroom ( or of they have some button to unlock it ). She told me to get in line at the counter for that. There was no line up at the washroom . At first I thought that she did not understand and she is thinking that I am ordering the food that's why she wants me to get in the line up at the counter. After a few minutes of waiting and she not giving any importance I put the same request again . To my surprise she again said that for getting the key for the washroom I need to get in line after those 7-8 people . Who were waiting to order some food or coffee and there was no body waiting or wanting to go to the washroom. I mean isn't she the worst service provider ? Why can't a customer go to washroom first and then order food or coffee? Its a simple question . Can the management of this Tim Horton answer this question please. Off course if there is line up at the washroom then everybody has to be in line but why to get in line up of food for going to the washroom. That doesn't make any sense. I left this Tim Horton immediately because it was...
Read moreMy name is Janine, and I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment I’ve received at the Tim Hortons location—Bowness —in Calgary. As an Indigenous customer, I’ve experienced repeated instances of discrimination and poor service that have left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
At the Bowness location, I’ve encountered troubling behavior from an employee named Amy. On several occasions, she has served me inadequately—filling my cup below standard—and spoken to me in a rude and dismissive manner. Telling me it is my choice to get it that way (ice capp without cream and not mixed), and I stated that I would go to Montgomery instead she told me that I should. Her conduct made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Additionally, I’ve noticed staff frequently speaking in their own language while on duty, which feels unprofessional and contrary to workplace policies that promote inclusivity and clear communication.
I’ve also been mistreated by the same individual, Amy, who appears to be in a managerial role. During my most visits, I was met with disrespect rather than resolution. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
I urge Tim Hortons management to take these matters seriously and implement measures to ensure all customers—especially Indigenous patrons—are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. Everyone deserves to feel safe and valued in the...
Read moreWe live in bowness so this is the most convenient location for us and every single time we come it is a hassle. We come every weekend as we love to go out for coffees and breakfast on weekends and it is never a good experience here. The staff is rude, we always order the same thing and everytime the people have no idea what we are doing. We order bagel belt with steak and they have no idea what we are asking so they put it in as sausage and then the staff still continues to screw it up every weekend. When we asked for it to be corrected we are always given attitude and rolled eyes as if they are just miserable and don’t want to do their job properly. Yes, sorry we are not just ordering a regular coffee and that’s it but still you should know how to operate your till and make the meals you are selling. They never fill the ice caps full and everytime I come here the ice cap is made different. It’s actually pathetic the lack of customer service here and how rude and ignorant the staff is. Tims should really be coming here and investigating this location as it’s almost worth the wasted gas money to go to a different Tim hortons as these people here clearly do not want...
