Worst Tim Hortons experience I have had. The Staff are disorganized, unfriendly, incompetent and slow.. Poor customer service or consideration. Stood at the counter waiting for over 5 min of being ignored while the staff were talking and joking around amongst themselves before someone took my order (there was only one other person in the restaurant and a few drive through orders.. was not overly busy). Once acknowledged; the lady who took my order seemed to be inconvenienced that she had to serve a customer and was not exactly rude but definitely not friendly or welcoming. Once the order was placed it took another 5+ minutes for a black coffee and a standard breakfast sandwich to be ready.. while the staff continued to have a good time amongst themselves lauging and chatting. Once served; My breakfast sandwich was the most sloppily made, dry garbage I have ever had from any Tim hortons. The English muffin must have been from the day before as it was hard and dry, I dont think even any butter was put on it as it was so dry that I had to drink water to swallow it. So after 2 bites this went into the garbage. The coffee tasted burnt and old. Waste of time and money. Will not be back to this deplorable Tim hortons even if they had the last cup of coffee in Calgary. FYI..all of the 5 star reviews are staff and/or family or friends of staff. This place is a poorly run franchise Tim hortons store and should be reprimanded...
Read moreCame here with my bf and his friend for a nice cold drink, was left in disappointment though as an older gentleman tried to get his chicken salad and received a chicken wrap, then when he brought up the issue, one of the employees told him there was nothing she could do, and waved him off. He stayed to speak to another employee who refunded him and got him the chicken salad (he paid for after the refund), they gave him a SPOON for his SALAD, he had to ask for a fork 3 times before he finally got one. He was respectful despite the issues and he only voiced his concerns with having the wrong order, not understanding them as they weren’t speaking directly to him nor showing any respect (low key left my jaw on the floor there with how rude she was), and receiving a utensil that won’t help him eat his food. Seriously, if you’re going to work, make it a good day, what’s the point of making everyone around you as awful as you are, and at least be respectful to those who are your CUSTOMERS. We didn’t have anything wrong with our order, just couldn’t believe the attitude here. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too, worst store I have ever been in. I’ve never seen and felt such a negative vibe before. I hope they are able to fix this before people start to lose hope in Tim Hortons all together, staff is what makes a place feel welcoming, and it is clear this location needs...
Read moreI ordered my usual favorite sandwich, the Farmer’s Egg and Cheese, to start my day. Unfortunately, I was given only a Classic Egg and Cheese instead. While mistakes can happen, what followed was both unprofessional and unacceptable. After noticing the error at the drive-through, I went inside to have the order corrected. Instead of promptly acknowledging and fixing the mistake, the staff – including the Assistant Manager, JASMIN-E insisted that I pay the difference, even though the error was entirely theirs. Out of courtesy, I agreed to pay, but I also respectfully pointed out that greater care should be taken while handling orders. My concern, however, is the attitude and behavior of the employees, which in no way reflect the basic principles of good customer service. Mistakes should be owned and corrected gracefully, not handled dismissively. Own your mistakes while you are on the other side of the table. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the Assistant Manager in particular was troubling. I request that this issue be taken seriously and that your staff, especially your management team, be trained and reminded about proper customer service ethics—acknowledging mistakes, responding respectfully, and resolving issues without placing blame or burden on the customer. Poor Service, poor ethics, poor...
