OPA! of Greece Peigan & Barlow — Restaurant in Calgary

I had ordered Skip the Dishes and ordered a pita wrap meal with greek salad and a spanikopita meal with fries. I had contacted skip 3 times before it was delivered and kept getting "end chat", the driver changed 3 to 4 times before delivery. When it arrived, it was stone cold and never got tzaiziki for my fries. After 2 weeks of trying to contact skip the dishes, I called the store and got the supervisors Harmanpreets' number. She said she would contact skip the dishes- never heard the result. She contacted me and said she would make it up as i was a regular customer(which they wouldn't normally do), but I had to go to the store- no delivery. I said "fine, that's great". I contacted her hours before going to the store and let her know what timeframe I'd be there. She said "thanks for texting me, as i left at 3, I'll let the staff know. When I got to the store Raman and another lady had no idea what I was talking about. They spent atleast 5 mins on the phone before I could even order. Then I showed them the order for a second time and made both meals. Then, they sat on the counter for 5 mins while I waited. Then I asked if they were mine and if I could take them. They said "no". And they called the supervisor again. I admit I was pretty upset at this point and asked them(with the food already made) "are you going to re-sell this food you've already made? Harmanpreet phones me and tells me I was only allowed sides.!! After another few minutes Raman comes out and asks how I want the salad for my pita wrap made- olives, feta etc. I said yes. She handed the one meal over and said that was all she was allowed by her supervisor to give. Waited again for cold food!! What a bunch of liars!!!! Why would I go back to a place like that. If they had just made it right, none of the drama would have happened!!!! So check your food and a spanikopita, as they may have resold the one...

Upon walking into this location I noticed that there was nobody in the store. The staff was in the back and came out to take my order. I ordered a souvlaki and salad with two chicken souvlaki. The person who took my order was clearly new and didn't know exactly what to do. The other staff member came to help. And remade the salad that the first one had made. The entire plate was over flowing with sald. They then only had one chicken previously cooked and told me that I would have to wait for 5 minutes to cook a second one. I looked for a table to sit down. However I had to clean off a spot myself because all the tables and chairs had food a crumbs all over them. As I sat down and started eating my food. I noticed that the first chicken that I got was still cold and also the bread was cold. Then the staff asked one of the waiting customers to bring my second chicken over to me. I thought this was very unprofessional. The freshly cooked chicken that I got was dripping in grease or oil and when cut into it was a bit raw. As soon as the second customer left with their food the staff went to the back kitchen and was not seen again. I did not finish my meal and left the store. I will...

If I could give it zero stars I would. I've never given a review before orderd calamari and ceaser salad I'm not even a quarter of the way through it and I found a hair in it while I'm eating. GROSS 🤢right?. I bring it upfront the lady working the till says "it could have come from anywhere, waving her hand in the direction of the customers." I say "Ok....😳" She says "you want me to make another one?" I say" Ok..I feel horrible even having to say something." I honestly didnt want another I was too grossed out, but she didnt offer a refund. She makes me the order as just calamari no ceaser salad with it. I ask can you please put ceaser salad with it? She says yea I can ill just remove half the calamari. I was upset considering I hadn't eaten that much of it yet and paid 60$ for 3 meals, but I cant stand making a scene so I say nothing grab it and walk out. Needless to say it will be the last time...
