Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Calgary

I ordered everything bagel with cream cheese at around 11:45 am. I was watching the bagel was out of toaster machine and waiting for couple of minutes. I gently told to the lady, "I wish I didn't order."

She knew that I am talking about the bagel waiting in the toaster machine.

The guy whose name was Ashvil prepared my bagel and gave it to me. While I was just leaving the door , I suddenly heard like "don't come back".

I returned inside and asked him "did you say "don't come back?" He said "Yes, don't come back here again, we were busy, so, you can't talk this way"

I told him "you can't tell me "don't come back this is business".

That is how they act at this Tim Hortans location. Again, his name is Ashvil. He ruined my morning.

I don't understand how rude he was. Instead of kindly and simply apologizing, he said "don't come back several times".

Act of people in Calgary was never like that. Canada is known with two letters. "Sorry and thanks". But this guy, doesn't know apologize, sincerely using the word of "sorry".

I will definitely contact to Tim Hortans head office and talk about it. I will see...

I couldn't find a parking spot so I sent my kids in to pick up the mobile order. My kids went in the second I submitted the order and stood at the pick up counter for ten minutes and obviously a lady told them it is going to be another ten minutes since they are out of hash browns. Another ten minutes later, I felt something must be wrong and went in to check. A lady took out a bag from the inside counter and said that was our order and was there the whole time. I don't understand how they don't tell the customer that the order is ready and just leave it quitely in a spot seems to be a working surface, while the customer was there waiting the whole time. If some one told my kids that they are working on the hash browns, they must have know that the customer was there. They don't even bother to call out the customer's name? just throw the bag in a dark coner and expect the customer to have a 2 meters long arm and grab it for themselves? I had an amazing experience at this Tim Hortons! The quality of the food ingredients was excellent—everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. What impressed me the most was how the food looked exactly like it was shown in the pictures, which is rare to find these days in any Tims!

The highlight of my visit was the Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl and Turkey Bacon Sandwich—not only was it delicious, but the presentation was absolutely top-notch. The vibrant colors, fresh ingredients, and perfect portioning made it as visually appealing as it was tasty.

On top of that, the staff was friendly, efficient, and ensured that my order was served with care. It’s great to see such consistency in both quality and service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
