Wendy's — Restaurant in Calgary

I was In less than an hour ago and ordered food Inside. The disgusting cashiers dropped my bag of food hard to the contaminated floor, then laughed and proceeded to hand It to me anyways with a big smile, under the protective shield designed to limited bacterial spread In the first place. The manager clearly saw this and walked off Ignoring It. Rather than stick around and extend a redundant complaint, I will Instead never spend a single dollar In any wendy's worldwide.

This treatment of the customers you rely on Is beyond unacceptable and disgusting. It took every ounce of my strength, to not completely react on every employee behind that plexiglass. This Is an even more agitating action In a day like today, with all the corporations that not only treat us all so very badly but, Infect us too. If this Is what they do In front of you, Imagine all the stories of what has been said about behind the walls and hours of operation.

The quality of the food can not be as good as claimed, when the service Itself Is this careless and Infectiously handled. I will not eat a single thing here again. It used to be something special to eat out. Now It Is just a stomach turning Idea, thinking of how many floors my food has seen, before even making It to the establishment that pretends to serve It without contamination. The fact that I had to tell them to re-bag It, Is the Indication that the establishment not only has no Idea what It Is doing but, needs to be told how as well.

You are to not only re-bag It without question for certain but, as well probide the option of replacing the order, which Is merely a professional courtesy. If I am telling you this without ever have seeing It happened, than you simply do not current meet the requirements of a professional establishment within this century.

The offense Is beyond a health department violation and you are lucky to have only received a review on this behaviour thus far and a lost profit.

If you are a person who oversee's this location, you better check the cameras around that time for the guy who ordered 2 flattened out spicy chicken floor droppers and correct the situation before It happens to a person, far from as forgiving as I am right now. If you do not, the next person may just react, beyond what anyone could consider acceptable. 😉 You may very well upset the wrong person, who can be directly related to anything from the health agencies, all the way up to a private Individual of extreme power, who may not stand for such offences so...

Stopped off at good old Wendy’s as a last ditch effort to get some sustenance before my next meeting and let me tell you about that mistake.

Pulled through the drive though after ordering an 8 dollar spicy chicken sandwich ( with no tomatoes ). After proceeding to the last window and paying, I was tossed an open Wendy’s bag from an employee who couldn’t even muster the courage to make eye contact with me let alone communicate with human speech

I half expected the sandwich to be a substandard fast food burger but this one takes the cake. The bun was soggy but also crusty on the opposite side, the chicken has likely been tanning under the heat lamps since this morning and naturally, there was a slab of Tomato on there despite my previous requests.

I Haven’t thrown up yet so we’ll leave it at a 2/5 stars for now. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Fat Burger where you can get an 8$ burger from Someone that...

Seeing the signage, I decided to try the "Wendy's Big Breakfast". I ordered in the drive-thru, was handed my coffee and nearly finished it while I waited TWENTY MINUTES before walking into the store to see where my food was.

The bag that I was handed contained COLD, soggy potatoes, COLD, crunchy, razor-thin bacon, COLD rubbery egg discs that clearly came from a freezer and microwave. Lastly, the biscuit that was a soggy, tasteless mess.

What a disappointment. I don't expect gourmet food in a drive-thru bag, but this was possibly one of the worse meals I've ever had from any fast food restaurant. By comparison, A&W serves an amazing full breakfast every item and every time. McDonald's is predictably average, but always executed exactly the same.

The fact that you've failed in every conceivable way, Wendy's, I'd recommend that you go back to just burgers. Your breakfast is...
