Believe me when I say, I never leave bad reviews and Iām not petty. I am compassionate to errors and mistakes as we are human, however, I have very low tolerance when you choose to be a server and donāt serve with the standard you should and take accountability for your serving mistakes. After having a bad day myself at work I wanted to get out and have a decent dinner outing. From the very start with only 6 ppl in the Dining area, the server took forever to attend and offer us a drink and check on us between meals, we had to ask another server for napkins, fine strike one, thought nothing of it - it happens. Ordered our food, very clear instructions as to what we wanted to eat. He writes it all down to boot! I ordered a garden salad with vinegar and oil, came out with another sauce, I said you gave me the wrong sauce. He brings me just oil next, I said whereās the vinegar? He said itās in there, I said no itās just oil. What server makes you beg for the correct friggen meal ! Then I ordered 7 cheese ravioli and he walks off without asking what sauce I want and I didnāt think anything of it because 6 of us were ordering ? I start eating and said to him, this is tomato sauce, I was hoping for rose, he stated ā most customers just get tomato sauce so I assumed itās tomatoā so your waiter assumed I wanted tomato sauce?? Doesnāt offer me a new plate, it wasnāt hot and fresh like the last chef who cooked my food, tells me he can get me a container of rose sauce to put on top. Like what ??? I was hungry and the tomato sauce was Ragu disgusting and you want me to add rose in it ! My daughters salad was dry as ever, had to ask more sauce. Who eats salad without dressing, itās clear it was dry lettuce. I was forced to leave a full plate and paid for it without changing my meal When your waiter admitted he assumed my choice of sauce! No floor manager anywhere to be seen when a restaurant manager should look present on the floor. In addition, serves us all the food and walks away, I had to call him back to say, do we get utensils? Napkins ? We had to ask for everything !! We had to ask for plates for our wings, gave us a stack of stained plates. So we wiped it with our napkins, we had no patience anymore. Common standard practice to set our table and remove the dirty dishes and empty cups ! And he made me feel like I was the crazy annoying customer. I came there last time and the server was immaculate, mature and attentive to constantly checking in on us and topping up our drinks I couldnāt wait to come back. The time before that, 3 of our plates had ginger colour hair in it and none of us are ginger, waiter saw it cooked in our plate herself and was disgusted, and gave us new food. 2 out of 3 times poor here. Come on⦠do better itās a food industry ! Watch a little Gordon Ramsey and have some morals and integrity before we ingest this. Flies everywhere. I go at 1107 the time it said the pickup will be ready. when I get there they are closed.....????? I had pre paid for the food already (you have to pre pay). I called back the next morning and explained the situation to the employee who answered and then they directed me to manager. The manager was extremely apologetic and offered a solution. Refund today or credit for more than the order is worth for a future time. I chose the second option. Fast forward to last night I follow the instructions of the manager, to call and place my takeout order and mention that I am in their credit system. Well turns out the manager never put me in the credit system so here I am again explaining myself for the THIRD time about what happened. Frustrated and embarrassed quite frankly because now it seems like I'm fishing for free food. The employee was super helpful and went through the trouble to get me indeed what the manager had promised me earlier in the week. That employee is why I am giving two stars instead of one. Okay redemption? Maybe? Nope.... The fries to the Big Dipper was missing so that persons meal was cut in half, they were of course still hungry afterwards. They put chicken all over the advertised meat free Mac and cheese entree. That person could no longer eat their meal, and was then cooking with the other who only had half their meal. I will add that the dining side was empty when we picked up our order. It is a 20 minute drive one way to get there so we were NOT driving 40 minutes for the missing items. This place is awful.. Table for 22 with lots of notice and they were not ready 45 mins for a glass cause they have noooo clean dishes food came out wrong we were told that our appetizer would come out with food cause they were extremely busy but they were not I CLEARLY said no tomatoes and got tomatoes.. Oh we also got our food and no silverware to eat with! Asked manger where our waiter went he said having a rest cause he's had a long day!! That's fine he tried his best and was left alone to do our table.. Call to speak to a manger and ohhh boy is that was a joke the guy couldn't answer a thing kept saying dishes were dirty but I did bring out glasses yaaaa 45 mins later!! Then continues to say you people what do u mean you people us WHITE people we were easy we didn't ask for much just glasses cause we needed drinks... I ask for a head office number head off number he got loud and refused to give me any number ... with all that happened we probably would have went back butttt the conversation with ur manger has completely changed my mind..
