M&M Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Cambridge

Too bad Google won’t allow me to post a new review so I am adding to my previous post with a review from my latest order.

Figured we would take the owner up on his offer and try some takeout. Blah, not much improvement. Didn’t wait an hour the second time but ended up waiting close to 15 minutes from the time we were told the order would be ready. My son asked the waitress to confirm the order that was in the bag. Responses from wait staff of what was in the bag “everything?!”. The other waitress said she wouldn’t have given him the bag if the order wasn’t complete. Emailed the owner to complain about the entire experience. The response was “I personally confirmed everything was in the bag”. Thanks for that but again the service is lacking. Sorry M&M bar and Grill but we won’t be back just as the owner suggested via email.

Worst service ever. Service has been going downhill over the past few times we have been coming here. Don’t think I want to waste anymore tine or money here.

As a family of 6, we came in for dinner and after an hour of waiting, our server realized our order didn’t make it into the kitchen computer. Not sure how this happens. The server apologized and said our order would be made a priority. 15 minutes later and we have fries & appetizers but no main course. Other tables continue to receive food while we wait. Couldn’t believe when the bill came

The building is on the corner of a busy intersection. Parking in the back is recommended. If you park in front there's a ton of traffic you have to wait for to reverse into the live lane. Place was busy. Clean. We had a large party of 12. Server was very nice, attentive and quick. So the food was hit and miss I guess. All of us got fries with our food. They were dry as dust. Tasted like they were baked not fried. Had to douse them with vinegar to moisten them up. Not a spot of fry oil in the basket paper could be noticed. So the two wraps we got were just as dry as the fries. The chicken Caesar and the chicken brushetta. Both had no sauce hardly. Very very dry. Onion rings were delicious. The 2 burgers were a bacon cheeseburger and an All Jacked burger. The meat had zero seasoning. It was plain. Tasteless beef. The jalapeños were not hot at all and the sauce was bland. Zero flavor. There was other food from our table that I didn't get input on but you get the pattern here. Won't go back. The 2 stars was just because of the service and pop...

this place is absolutely disgusting..the service sucks & just overall the food is atrocious. My family & I met some friends there for dinner as we normally would every couple weeks. The lady that took our order needs to reevaluate & think things through as well as listen to what people are saying rather than cutting them off and just writing it down. Not only did we wait over 45 minutes for appetizers but she also "forgot" to bring it out. Our friends never even got half of the food they ordered..they ended up cancelling the order. (Exactly what I would've done too) my step father who ordered 2 pounds to wings (2 different kinds) got 2 pounds of the same kind as well as hair attached to the wings still...as we complained the lady shrugged it off & said "well that's how they're breaded" GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! NOT...I will no longer be returning there as the service, food, and everything is...
