We only heard about this place through the app “too good to go”… we got so much food! Soup x2, Rice and peas, curry Goat and Bbq chicken. All for under $10!

I have been here for pickup previously, and we have always enjoyed the food and friendly service. Last week, I hosted a surprise Birthday party with 23 guests and opted to order chicken and rice from Di Patty Shop. I had lots of side dishes, appetizers, and snacks, but needed the main dish. Marilyn made the whole process so easy and was able to deliver - which took a large task off my very long to-do list. The jerk and BBQ chicken were sooooooooo good as was the rice with peas. Everything was very well packaged and hot. The guest of honour was so happy and all of our guests raved about how great this food was. I am so happy to support a local small business, and am definitely a loyal fan. This was my first time ordering from Di Patty Shop and I can't recommend this place enough. I got the curry goat and I can honestly say this is the best place I've ever gotten it from and I've tried out most of the places in the area. The meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly, extremely tender and fell off the bone.

The portion sizes are also VERY generous and I appreciated the extra care that went into packaging the food. I've never had a place use plastic wrap around the container before but it did a great job at keeping all the sauce inside my container vs all over the inside of the bag if it tipped at all which honestly happens way too often with Uber deliveries.
