Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cambridge

While the food tasted delicious and was hot and fresh, it doesn’t get 5 or 4 stars because of the portion size and the advertising associated to the product. Purchased the pull apart bread, tastes amazing, but the portion size does not equal to what they advertise. This does not serve 8 people unless you’re talking children portions. I’m not one for gluttoness portions or over indulging but this is sad when it’s smaller than my average sized man hands. Otherwise this location was quick to make the food and have it prepared, although they never did confirm it with the online ordering service so if your waiting, it’s probably ready and they didn’t make the order ready. Too expensive for what you get. The person tonight charged me for an extra topping on a 2 pizza (3 top each) combo where my wife opted for 1 less topping on her own pizza. I asked if I could have the topping, and he said there would be no charge.

Upon reviewing the receipt on the drive home there was a charge, I let it slide.

However.

I called to complain about the lack of pepperoni on my pizza. Apparently it’s baked into the crust?

Unless the pepperoni was minced and grounded down to powder. There was no pepperoni.

Also their menu had no pricing, which made the experience that much more worse.

I guess we know for next time. Go to the nearby Gino’s or...

Ordered via their app. Charged me full amount for everything and never delivered. When I confronted the store, they said that they did not have any of their in-store drivers so they had to call an uber driver to deliver my order. When the driver did not deliver my order the store said that they couldn’t contact the driver and don’t think my order will arrive since the driver has blocked their number. The uber drivers ran away with my food and never deliver. Never pre pay them for your order. Lesson learned. So unprofessional and ridiculous.
