This used to be my favourite location, I would even go out of my way just to go here. Though, this past year or so it's been going down hill. The service is not professional, when I go through the drive through I get, "Is that all?" after EVERY single item and I barely even finished talking. My order is wrong about 8/10 times and I'm pretty patient person (you have to be when you work with children), when I go back to get the right order I get attitude???? However, I do find the early morning crew to be more friendlier.
About 15 minutes ago my mom had the same experience, she was cut off several times with, "Is that it?" and then when they repeated her order and got the second one wrong which was a regular coffee with cream and sugar on the side, my mom corrected it and my mom is by no means an intimating or rude person, she is VERY opposite in fact! They lady then , very rudely, said, "You said you wanted it on the side" (she thought my mom wanted a black coffee with cream and sugar on the side) my mom told her that she did but she wanted a regular coffee not black. She could then hear the employee complaining and getting upset (huffing) on the speaker.
I don't normally write reviews and I wouldn't if this didn't occur almost daily. I've worked fast food and retail, I get the struggle and customers can be nasty. I also get that people can have a bad day sometimes but this shouldn't be happening regularly. Read moreI recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and I felt compelled to share my experience, as it was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, the service I encountered was a reflection of poor training, rudeness, and a lack of professionalism among the staff.
One particular employee, an older Indian woman at the front counter, exemplified the issues I faced during my visit. Her name started with a ‘Z’ perhaps Zubina. Her demeanor was not only rude but also dismissive, making it clear that customer service was not a priority for her. I found her behavior to be both disrespectful and unhelpful, which contributed to a very uncomfortable atmosphere. She was absolutely disgusting to deal with.
Moreover, the overall quality of service was disappointing. It felt as though there were no standards in place to ensure that customers were treated fairly and with respect. The lack of training among employees was evident, as they seemed unprepared to handle basic customer interactions. They really do not know how to train their employees. I was observing and felt bad for the poor new hires. They are set up for failure.
I believe that businesses should uphold moral standards and foster an environment that is welcoming to all customers. Sadly, this location fell short in that regard. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and professionalism. Read moreReally like the morning team here, very efficient , pleasant and welcoming but the evening team is horrible , they gave me a cold steep tea I asked them to change it but they told me it is how it is they can’t do anything ,the short lady I think the supervisor told me this is how it tastes seriously as a regular customer they are arguing with me . I had steep teas from this location many times and I know it definitely tastes better here.
Owner I don’t know if you really care but if you do you have to really retrain your evening team especially that supervisor lady . I work in fast food I totally understand it can get busy and you can loose your patience but please don’t argue with your customer saying this is how it is .
