KFC — Restaurant in Cambridge

I don't normally write reviews because I think alot of people are impossible to please. But I went to KFC here which I do maybe once a year, last year I wasn't very impressed.,but I thought I'd give it another try. Walked in and was greeted nicely, ordered a 4pc chicken dinner and didn't want the soft drink, so I requested a extra coleslaw for substitute, the young lady said no problem..I thought great, off to a good start. She also said about 15 minutes..no problem. Sat down for a few minutes and went to the bathroom..watched a lady come out (coed bathroom) walked in, piss all over the floor and on toilet seat..and guys are slobs right? I was called to the counter for my order and asked again, extra coleslaw, no soft drink which she replied 1 coleslaw, I told her when I ordered I exchanged the soft drink for an extra coleslaw, which she said no problem. She told me the soft drink is 1.50 and the coleslaw is 2.00,I said I'll give you the extra 50 cents, she said no I can't do that..I still paid for the soft drink but didn't get it..not a big deal but principle of it all. Years ago you use to be able to exchange items without a problem..I'll never go back to that store, I may try another one next year. Very...

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! If I could give zero stars I would this location continues to disappoint. The owners clearly do not care at all about the quality of food served at this location or to properly train their very young staff who seem to not care about customer service at all. The staff is not friendly or engaging and do not care about food standards.

I went through drive thru this evening sun June 26/22 There was no one in the line yet I still sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes before finally saying hello? And 2 minutes later someone asked for my order. I ordered the boneless bucket for my kids with fries and a lg gravy on the side. I got home and opened my bag to find no gravy which ticked me off and disappointed my kids but I was not going to go all the way back for! Opened up the chicken tender container to find very small tenders much smaller than they used to be and one of them was not even a tender it was a bone in chunk of chicken. The fries were absolutely terrible as if they’d been sitting there all day or cooked in very old oil. It is only once every couple months that we order KFC but we will be driving to hespeler rd...

Was okay, i am a deaf customer. Its very outdated taste but very same taste we all used to have after msg were banned, the flavours and popularity has been on decline since 2007. Understandable but their customer service remained the same for over 50 years, you will be served with a smile and thank you for coming after they give you a bag of hot foods.

Yes they make it hot on order!

Price is pretty much same as always, especially the pricier from big crunch.

Fries are still crying to be fresh cut instead. You will bring back crowds for these poutines. Do not add chicken balls or mashed potatoes to it.

All the best to your business in next 10 years. Yes, i will be still your customer, regardless if its hormoned up chicken or blandless ingredients. Now you heard me roar, just change the food just a bit. Side salads really need to be looked at.... has way too much sour or bland notes. Easy on preservatives please, it's hurting us from eating your awesome salads.

Building itself is perfect aged to go with this menus. No need to revitalize it yet. Very quiet and professional...
