Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

I live above the restaurant. On top of blocking in our fire exit w vehicles and being non-courteous to other business owners, they are bossy, exclusive, and rude individuals working there - who when I’ve made my best efforts to share information with have turned it into a classism issue over who pays more rent and who’s occupied space longer. Their food might be good but I’d cross Cambridge to another papa Johns before going to the one beneath me. They attempted to call the police on me despite witnesses hearing them scream at me from the BMO parking lot across the road, for suggesting the vehicle be moved any means away from the exit door as it’s in their best interest due to the amount of foot traffic also in and out of the door. They still had to comply with the fire regulations of the building and move their vehicles anyway as police advised. Their made up drama and the history of water leaking into their store from an apartment that wasn’t mine isn’t helpful in what’s already a terrible place for me to live with a four year old.

I pursued head office as did my boss who witnessed the interaction, no one reached back out for input, just closed the ticket as they were advised by the store that there was a police report and that was all they went by.

Now any item my child throws or drops, anytime she stomps, anytime she has a fit or just a good day playing w her belongings there are emails pertaining to noise complaints to help me get evicted sent to the landlord too and we have to live walking on...

Let me start by saying please don’t go to this location drive a little extra and visit the one that is on Dundas. First I arrived early and to me wasn’t a big deal but it was to the girl Working she told me that I was early that my pizza was for 3:45pm sorry I showed up 10mins early didn’t know it was a crime. 2nd I paid for my 4 topping pizza and cheddar garlic knots let me tell you garlic knot where under cooked and the pizza looked like a cheese pizza it was 90% cheese and 10% toppings. I told her that there was hardly any toppings and she said yes I told her no to be honest if she would take home a pizza like that I asked for a refund they refused I told them How disappointed I was to come here spend $27 and take away a cheese pizza. They didn’t offer to add more or make a new one told me I had to take it. Customer service was rude. Wrote in to make a complaint and I was told that was the standard toppings there were slices that had nothing on it but that’s standard. They wrote back to me that they would give me 50% off my next purchase lol next perchase I will never buy anything from this location again. I went to the other location ordered the pizza and man let me tell you it was loaded with toppings every slices had toppings. Please listen to me don’t go here please go to the one on Dundas better service food wise and customer wise spend your money wisely don’t get...

Very disappointing pizza and more so, a lack of Customer Service. Great Pizza if you like Lots of Crust. We have ordered quite a few Pizzas from Papa John's and we do like The Works, which is what we ordered the other tonight. Unfortunately we don't feel that the Pizza had all the ingredients listed and it was not as well prepared, meaning the sauce or toppings out close to the edge of the crust as we would normally get. Simply put, we have never complained about a Papa John Pizza before, but this one was a disappointment. As mentioned, if you like Lots of Crust and very few toppings, this is the pizza for you We did our best to notify Papa John's and they felt what we got was "good enough". I am including the picture they sent me of "how the Pizza should look" followed up with the one we received.
