Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

I hate that I have to give this awful place even a one star!! So, we often order from them and have never had issues. Well, tonight was the worst and my family and I will never EVER order from them again. I ordered on my app, (like I do every other time) and it said that it will arrive 35-44 mins. I ordered at 5:22pm at 6:10pm it would be 45 mins. It still wasn't here.. I waited another 10 mins to give them a chance. At 6:22pm, I called the store and asked where it was.. the guy on the other line was extremely rude and said that they were busy and had over a 100 orders. I said okay, but you should let people know.. via email or phone. I have children that were getting pretty hungry!! Instead of putting me on hold, I heard him ask a coworker where our order was. They said that it's just sitting there. He came back to me and said they are waiting for a delivery guy to come. Then before I hung up, he said oh here is the delivery guy. The time now was 6:30pm. We live about 10 mins away, and at 6:40, still wasn't here, nothing at 6:45pm either. FINALLY!! At 6:55pm it arrived!! Then the delivery guy said that I owed money. Well, that's funny, according to my app/email I already paid via credit card. It even said on the box, credit card. He showed me the receipt and it said credit card as well. Anyways, I ended up paying AGAIN, and will definitely be contacting the Manager to discuss...

We ordered a XL size veggie garden pizza and it was burnt completely. Very limited veggies and almost no cheese at all. Free food banks can give more quality than this outlet’s pizza. This store is a disgrace to entire Papa John’s outlet chain of restaurants. There is only one person to manage the entire store, negative to no response to any of the customer’s complaints. Almost every single time you can expect a “NO, We don’t have it” answer when you ask for tissue papers, red pepper flakes or plates. The most audacious comment was the store representative once asked me whether should I use a clean pizza cutter or an existing pizza cutter. I asked what is the difference between them. She said clean cutters are used to cutting Veggie pizzas whereas existing pizza cutters are used as common cutters for both Veggie or Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon pizzas. How arrogant? People order Veggie pizzas because of No Meat Preference and still you have the courage to use same pizza cutters for Pepperoni and Veggie Pizzas. This store should NOT run anymore and should be closed...

This location seems to always mess up my pizza. Its quiet saddening actually. I have tested my theory a few times and have made it official that i will drive to Preston from now on or spend the extra for delivery from the Preston location. At this location the quailty is subpar at it best, and even the pepper on the side looks lifeless 0.o how do you even do that to a pepper 0.0?? I feel its pain while trying to eat this mixture of ingredients labelled as a "pizza". It seems the bottom of the crust is the only part of the crust that gets cooked in any way, and when paying for extra cheese i would expect it not to look like the night i had to use the remainder of the cheese in my fridge by sprinkling the few crumbs ontop of a dinner.

So in other words, i highly do not recommend this location for pizza if you want to be satifisied in any manor, if youre looking to be hugely dissappointed with a side of surprise though this is...
