Cheap prices, just like their customer service. I just can't believe the customer service. So I had ordered online, and when it came to filling out my address, my phone fills it automatically for me, which is great. But this time I hadn't noticed that it imputed my address wrong, it gave the number but not the street name. I am the one to blame for not noticing such a thing, but it was obviously a mistake, like how else could I have the pizza delivered without a proper address? So about 45 mins later I get a call from a very angry sounding man asking for my address. I give it to him and he tells me that whoever ordered online didn't put the address correctly. I told him it was me who ordered and I apologised saying I didn't noticed. He wasn't paying much attention to me, he started rambling off and was talking rather fast. I wasn't too sure if he was still talking to me or not when he tells me that he has to send a driver out AGAIN and that I'll have to pay for it, and basically hung up on me. Excuse me? You sent a driver out without a complete address and tell me I'll have to pay extra? Um no? So he finally shows up about 15 mins later. We open the door and hE SHOVES THE RECEIPT IN OUR FACES saying look! No hi, no hello, how are you? Just him proving how we screwed up, and explaining how we are waisting his time. Ok there sir. So I asked: why did you send out a driver without a proper address? No response. I continued: why didn't you call to make sure of the address? He "doesn't have time to be making calls" and starts to complain more about the mistake I made. I finally interjected, telling him how I have worked at a company that made food deliveries, and we made sure all the information was correct before sending it out, and called the customer if it wasn't, that's part of the job. Why would you go on a delivery without knowing the address? I still can't get over how extremely rude he was to me. Yes I understand that I should of made sure that my address was correct, but he should of too. I've been in his shoes before and NEVER would I be so disrespectful to a costumer.

I would of given 2 stars if the pizza was actually good, but it was pretty mediocre, nothing to write home about. The sauce just tasted like spaghetti sauce which was gross and it was kinda like chewing on cardboard. Cinnamon sticks were...

We’ll time for an update, placed an order March 2024, pizza very balanced with toppings everything was in the right proportions. Delivery driver was very professional and courteous, he represented City Pizza very well, which doesn’t happen very much these days with delivery people in general. Just so people understand I adjusted my stars to the most recent review, as people need to see the big picture when it come to reviews. Yes, I understand that staff changes over time and that people have good days and bad at work. But also you need to remember that new staff gets trained my owners or their management team. So things should be pretty much the some overtime. I it’s proper training being past down.

While time for an update July 2023, ordered a couple of panzerotti‘s for dinner!! The care that has been taken in the past is just that the past. Crust was cooked nice and golden brown, but the sealing edges, was just flopped together and not totally sealed like in the past. The toppings started about two inches in from the sealing edge. Toppings nice amount of toppings that I chose for each, but the marinara sauce was put on very heavily hand and took over the flavour of the toppings. Also it was off from what was normal sauce, it was on the acidic side!! Very disappointed how things have changed in just over a year. I used to to tell my friends about how good the food was, and when they came to town I would order and share the experience with them. But after the last couple of visits, and the quality has gone down! I may start ordering from other pizza chains in the area.

My order on May 22, 2022, was one of the best pizza orders I’ve had in the past 10 plus years! The crust bottom was perfectly GBD, and soft and fluffy on the inside! Toppings were perfectly arranged and the perfect amount, so you got equal toppings in every bite. As always the stuff was very friendly and help as soon as I walked to pick up my order. The pizza shop was clean and organized as always. Going to miss the great service my family and I have received over the years as we are moving out of the area. Wish City Pizza all the best in the future. Keep up the amazing job you are doing...

We always order from City Pizza and this location. Yesterday, (December 27th).I had placed an order online. Normally, it takes about an hour. Well, last night it was taking a bit longer. I just figured it was the weather. So I gave a little bit longer. Then it was over an hour at this point and I was beginning to wonder where they were. So, I called them. The first time, it just rang and rang. Tried calling again and someone comes on and says hold please. I was on hold for over 5 min and it disconnected me. Called back again and the same person said can you hold for a sec please, I said no, it disconnected me last time. Well, I was in the middle of talking and she put me on hold AGAIN! I called back AGAIN (I wouldn't normally, but I had already paid and needed to know what was going on with my food for my family and i) This time, I asked for the Manger. A gentleman came on the phone and explained that their internet was down and they weren't getting any online orders. He asked if I wanted a refund or to place my order now(they couldn't guarantee a time) I said no, just a refund. He asked me to come into the store and I couldn't at that time. So he said he would give me a credit. I asked him for his name and he told me. Asis. He was awesome! I called back today, (Dec. 28th) and they honored my credit. Asis, asked if I wanted the same stuff as last night and what time I'd like it delivered for. He showed up nice and early with my food! As bad as last night was, they were awesome today! The food was great as always!! Thank you Asis for making this whole ordeal...
