First off we got a flier saying “grand opening 50%off” no dates were on it so I expected that when I went today it would be 50% off. They told us it was only yesterday but we asked if they could just give it to us today as it’s our first time trying it and the flier wasn’t clear. They said no which was fine but I expected high quality Mediterranean food. Unfortunately that was not the case. I ordered a poutine which was really gross and super small. They said they add chicken to it but I probably had two pieces of chicken and barely any cheese. I also ordered a shawarma plate and to be honest the taste was good as there was lots of flavour but it wasn’t Mediterranean tasting at all. My biggest issue was the portions. They literally scooped two (small) spoons of rice and put a little bit of chicken and small amounts of sauce. The potato was super oily and the chickpea salad was not good. I had to throw that away. The portions are so small and for the price we paid I expected more. Especially when I told them more then once it’s my first time trying the food. I won’t be going back there as I didn’t enjoy this meal and I felt it was not worth the money. Hopefully this review can help someone avoid being...
Read moreThis place was absolutely empty. When I went in there they had no tzatziki sauce for the chicken Slovakia, which I have never heard of and the chicken Shawarma hardly had any chicken on it. The salad that came with the chicken souvlaki was less than a mouthful of salad wasn’t even worth putting it in the container. and the potatoes were slimy and felt like they were five days old. I called the owner to ask him, but then I started noticing. It was only white people complaining on here. I seen the portions that other people were getting and I hate to be like that, but it’s 100% true maybe if I was brown I would’ve got a better serving of food and same with everyone else that says the same thing on here if you’re going to serve chicken Slovakia, you must have Taziki sauce that’s saying Tim Hortons does not have coffee today I called and told the gentleman why is it that every single complaint on here is the same thing the portions are ripping people off there’s not enough to feed a...

Ordered falafel, kebe, beef samosa, mixed meats, beets, potatoes, hummus, toum, something called the 'house special', and baklawa, as takeout.
Falafel were hard as rocks. Samosas were so-so. Mixed meats were dry. Potatoes were undercooked. Toum was a bit sour in a non-citrusy, unpleasant way. House special was roasted root vegetables whose flavour I can only describe as "dusty". I couldn't really taste the meatiness in the kebe or the kofta because of something almost floral mixed in. Chicken, both grilled and shawarma, was dry.
The level of lemon in everything is amazing, but something's off. More than one dish had the most alarming taste of diesel fumes, dishwater, or both, to the point where I had to stop eating for the evening and try again the next morning. It did not get better
It's unfortunate, but I just didn't like the food.
