Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Cambridge

Served by Urvesh (name on receipt) First time here referred by a friend. We had no idea what to order. 2 adults 2 children under 12. Got 3 small burritos and a bowl. $49 My children went first. My son was saying what he wanted to Urvesh, and the lady was making mine behind. He asked what sauce he wanted, and my son didn't know. I said burrito sauce and sour cream. He said they have Chipotle mayo. I specifically asked if that was burrito sauce, and he said yes. My son's burrito was not edible it was so spicy. He's 12. You could at least mention it's HOT. He knew this was our first time there. He asked my son if he wanted avocado? my son said a little bit .. and charge me $1.50 for a teaspoon of avocado. He could have told me it was an extra fee for the teaspoon of avocado. Funny enough, the lady being served behind us was told there was an extra fee for avocado. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by the people that work there. I just wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to the staff from my family. The last time I was in I was having a very difficult day as we were putting our dog down the following day. When I told that staff that I was going to change up my order a little so that I could share some food with my dog (ie. not spicy)...they put together a small rice bowl with chicken just for him. Fully expecting to pay for this, I was shocked when they wouldn't accept any money. That small gesture made our difficult "last day" a little happier, and I wanted to let you know that it was appreciated by both us, and our pup. I am frequent customer of quesada. This was my first visit at this quesada because it was on my way. I enter and ask them for combo offer which I usually take at highland quesada center. They refused to provide that offer. All quesada chain should be the same. I asked them to check it out with your system or I can provide you that offer which I have in picture. The guy asked me in weird tone "what can i do for you?" That was really disappointing and disrespectful. Me and my friends ordered on regular menu but again while making food he is not putting sufficient stuffing. I asked him to make my burrito saucy still he put only 1 line of each sauce.
