First time visiting this location Never Again. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and used my 2 for $5 and purchased more items. Well I only got one breakfast sandwich. The polite lady that gave it to me sent me back to the cash lady to sort it out. Cash lady said I only put in 1 , I said I ordered 2, she said your fault you didnt double check. So I said ok let's fix it and I will have my second one and pay the difference since I didn't get any app discount because she only put in 1 sandwich. She said you can get another one but have to pay full price again, I said that's not fare and can I speak to your manager and she said I am manager. I said ok then I should just get the second one for free and she said no only full price because she only put in 1 sandwich it was my mistake she only entered 1. I said but I ordered 2 and I activated my coupon on my app and scanned my code, I did everything I was supposed to but you hit the wrong number and blame the customer.I also don't believe she was the real manager I think she lied because managers wear a different colour shirt. Ignorant, rude blaming customer for her mistake. I read the reviews and I see an o going issue with this location. -The staff greeted me with a smile, took my order, and served me promptly. -The coffee was served above temp, and when I was finally able to drink it, the brew was burnt, and tasted watery the tables were free of stains, though coated in crumbs, and the floors looked as if they hadn't been swept since open. using the bathroom was a terrible experience. I had a near regurgatory reaction to entering as it smelled more accustomed to a gas station bathroom. As if someone had urinated on the floor the night before, and no one cleaned it.
All in all, I would only use this location out of desperation. The interaction I had with the staff member being prompt and courteous, is the saving grace that kept this...

How is it possible the wait in the line up is only getting worse. Twice this week I've walked out and went somewhere else and I wasn't the only one. 9 customers in line waiting while a employee is taking the order, another makes the coffee. EASY FIX... HAVE BOTH REGISTERS OPEN. I've never seen both registers open at once there.
