They don't have all breads available. On top of that I requested to have my sub grilled and they said that the grill machine is off and will take 45min to warm up. I went at 7:40pm and they already turned off their grill machine.

2nd review. Visited again kn Feb 20, 2024. Before ordering ask them whether they have Grill and they said yes. After the sandwich was made, one employee from kicthen came and very rudely said Grill is not working. This is the same employee who said in my previous visit that there Grill is not working. I have visited this place many a times as there quality is good and I have noticed that whenever that specific employee is working their grill is out of order. When other staffs are working, there Grill is working fine. The female employee who rudely said their grill is not working started talking to her fellow employee in punjabi - stating that tell the customer not to order if they want grill. She didn't know that i could understand punjabi.

I've been to this subway over 5 times and feel ready to leave my review... 90% of the time the staff are generally impatient, and un-personable. It felt like it was a huge inconvenience for them when I specified the vegetables to put on my sub. Just unpleasant and then they have the gall to ask for a tip when you go to pay. A footlong turkey cost me like $15... They rush and seem stressed even when there are no other customers in the store. As far as sandwich construction goes - they are pretty stringent on the veggies but added more onions when I asked. I didn't dare ask for extra cucumbers though. I picked up an online order here yesterday at 5:00 pm. I got pickles in the side and they were put in a paper bag, then into the large paper bag with my order. By the time I got home, the bags were soaked and fell apart when I picked them up.
