I AM WRITING TO EXPRESS MY OUTRAGE REGARDING AN INCIDENT THAT OCCURED IN YOUR STORE. The conduct of the stores manager was completely unacceptable and must be addressed immediately. During my recent experience at Samosa Corner. I was subjected to an appalling display of unprofessionalism by the manager on duty. While I was quietly eating my own food, the manager stormed over to me and began shouting without any provocation or attempt at a polite conversation. This aggressive and unprofessional behavior was not only shocking but also humiliating, as it occurred in front of other customers and friends. I understand that some establishments might have rules about outside food, but there is a respectful way to communicate such policies. The manager’s aggressive behavior was completely unwarranted and left me feeling humiliated and deeply concerned about how this business treats its customers. This kind of hostile environment is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the management's disregard for customer respect and basic decency. I have never been treated so poorly in any place of business, and I will certainly not be returning to Samosa Corner. I urge others to be cautious and consider whether they want to support an establishment that allows such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from its management. Small but niche place in Cambridge that serves the most delicious and delectable samosas, wings, and pizza. My family have been loyal customers of this family-owned restaurant for many years, due to its consistently high quality, and delicious food. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly service that makes me feel like part of the family.

Their succulent chicken and cheese samosas are absolutely delicious and very unique. I also cannot get enough of their baked wings served with freshly made naan, which are always cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour.

But my absolute favourite is their shawarma pizza topped with garlic sauce and hot sauce (optional). It is truly a taste sensation that always leaves my mouth watering for more. I have never tasted anything quite like it!

I am always in awe of the array of flavours they create in every dish, and how they constantly improve their recipes, so even several visits are just not sufficient.
