Edit: AND he just called me to complain about my review saying that it was 50 minutes not an hour and as a result I should remove my review. WORST customer service experience ever. Why on earth would you call me after 9:00 PM to ask for a retraction instead of calling at a better time or simply respecting my right to share my poor experience?

Original Post: Pizza tastes great and the delivery guy was so nice. The guy who took my order was great. However, I live in a new area of Cambridge, I know its hard to find. I gave SPECIFIC directions. Was told it would be 20 minutes and waited an hour for my food. I called JUST for an update on if the driver was lost, if the pizza had been delayed, whatever it was. Instead of answering my question the guy who answered the phone argued with me about what time I called to order. Insisting that it was only 20 minutes ago.

It's a drab little pizza shop with garbage strewn out front. There's minimal seating with one single table available, and a sidebar with a couple stools. They advertise natural herbs and spices, and offer Indian themed pizzas, such as butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizzas. This is what drew me here, hoping for something better than average, something different. They offer your standard Canadian style toppings as well, if you just want a meat lovers or whatever.

Service is what you'd expect: bare bones interaction. Prices are average.

Okay, the pizza has a nice sesame seed covered crust, but that's where the interest and niceties end. It was dry and bland, and had too few toppings.

I like this concept of Indian themed pizzas, but this is just poor, lazy execution. Shame, Indian is one of my favorite foods. I won't go back, and I don't...

Edit to say: the delivery company took 5 minutes from pick up to delivery, so I highly doubt that was the case. Food was hot, just not good. My kids won't even eat the heaps of leftovers. So disappointed. Absolutely will not be ordering again just to test this "theory".

I'm so confused by these reviews. The high praise was what led us to try this place, but $70 later I was not impressed. The pizza was mediocre, as was the garlic bread. The loaded fries were good, but the photo on Uber Eats shows that they're loaded with cheese sauce, only to find out they don't carry cheese sauce so the photo isn't theirs.

For what we paid, I wish we had gone elsewhere. I wanted to love this place, but now I wish we had spent our money elsewhere because the pizza was especially...
