I recently (25th November’ 2023 @around 5:00PM) had an extremely unpleasant experience at Tim Hortons (Particular to this location), a renowned Canadian coffee shop that left me bewildered and dissatisfied with their service. My order consisted of two coffees and a set of 10 Timbits, placed through their mobile app. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a lack of attention to customers, as no one seemed to be attending to mobile orders. After bringing the issue to their attention, I was served one coffee promptly, but the process of receiving my second coffee and the Timbits was a nightmare. While waiting for my second coffee, I observed staff members serving other customers and there is no proper process how they served. However, when I inquired about my remaining items, I was met with rude behavior from the staff, especially the store in charge, Harsh (sorry if I misspelled). To my surprise, Harsh sarcastically suggested that I come back the next day for the missing Timbits, which left me both annoyed and astonished. The encounter with Harsh only worsened when I spoke to him directly. His unprofessionalism was evident as he raised his voice and denied any possibility of a refund initially, claiming they didn't have the product in stock. This blatant refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes and the lack of basic customer service skills were unacceptable from a well-known brand like Tim Hortons in a country like Canada. The overall experience was not only inconvenient but also reflected poorly on the reputation of Tim Hortons. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service, and the treatment I received from Harsh was not only disappointing but also disheartening. I never experienced such in a decade but now which is an immense concern as how service is being downgraded by few individuals like Harsh. Read moreTeach your staff some manners when your store is busy. The same person was good when I ordered before when they were not busy. I ordered a Jalapeno bagel #9519 on mobile and went to the store after 15 minutes. My order was not there, as they were busy I waited for another 2 minutes and asked a lady about my order and she didn't even care and said someother person will help you. I waited another 2 minutes and called a guy to help me. I asked about my order and he said "sir we don't have Jalapeno bagel". I asked "I already paid so what should I do now, give me something, give me everything bagel" in a normal tone. You can check cameras. He said keep calm, I am helping you. The store is busy and he shows his frustration on me. If he wants to help me he could have said, Jalapeno bagel is done would you like any alternative or want my cash back. He is so rude. I am not gonna point him by describing him but at least teach your staff some manners. I ordered on mobile so that I don't have to wait and went after 15minutes to pickup. ALWAYS unorganized , not one knows what's going on, most of the time they're just standing around doing nothing and customers waiting , no one knows where they're supposed to be 98% of the time my drink orders are wrong and/ or cold 99% the foods been wrong and cold have seen multiple employees not wash their hands or change gloves, tho they rarely wear gloves.
