We were regular customers, ordering at least twice a month for the last 4 years or so. We will NEVER buy pizza from this store again. A debit machine error lead to us being charged 4 times for a single order. When we discovered that we had been quadruple charged, we immediately tried to rectify the situation by calling the bank to try to have the extra three charges reversed. The bank told us that Dominos had to refund the charges as they were unable to take money from Dominos' account without their authorisation. However, they said the error was glaringly obvious and we shouldn't have any problem getting a refund. The next day, bank statement in hand, I went into the store to speak to a manager, expecting to have the whole thing sorted out pretty quickly.
The manager refused to even look at the bank statement, insisted he didn't receive the money and that it didn't matter that I had proof, insisted that I call my bank in front of him, demanded to be allowed to talk to them (the bank refused as they are not legally allowed to discuss a customer's bank details with third parties), and then dismissively told me "next time try talking to your bank FIRST" before walking away from me.
That was on the 22nd of March 2018. It is now the 30th and Dominos Customer Service has requested that same bank statement. We still do not have the money. Our bank is unable to reverse the charges without Dominos' permission. At this point we don't think we are ever going to see that $150 again.
UPDATE: My bank has run their investigation and found that Dominos is at fault. They have requested the money be returned and are waiting for Dominos to authorise the refund. Dominos, as far as we can tell, is refusing. This has taken 2 weeks so far. Dominos Customer Service forwarded everything back to the Campbell River store, so it is SPECIFICALLY Campbell River Dominos that is refusing the refund. Dominos has also stopped communicating with us.

Read moreThe husband and I always order online and get delivery, I love the txt when the driver is in the area and again when arriving.(name of delivery person) is a bonus, I’ve shocked a few when I hand the $20 tip and say thank you (Logan,Jim etc..) Delivery is prompt, like 20 minutes tops.Take note the delivery person only receives a portion of the online tip if your order is over $70 .So I try to always have $20 cash for them upon arrival.Their so genuine and appreciative, some even try not to accept it but I insist and feel good knowing I made their day,I appreciate them and most are just young kids with their own personal vehicles trying to make good for themselves! I encourage rewarding them and showing support and appreciation for their Efforts.. Food is always Hott,and in good condition.The drivers are Always pleasant, happy and respectful :) Prices $ are affordable and portion's are great,the rewards are awesome as well !!!!! Currently I order the ( start from scratch) Thin crust with my own choice of sauce, extra cheese, 3 topping xtra mushrooms pizza, Hubby gets the Stuffed crust and All the pastas are amazing!, I’m all for the honey garlic chicken wings, hubby likes the boneless and specialty chickens! Also Sooo Good,.I enjoy the Lava cakes which Always come hot and chocolatey, marble brownie is also delish with icing. So many choices, deals, coupons ,mix and match, build your own etc…Grrreat. Read moreDONT WASTE YOURE MONEY. This place has gone down hill fast! I ordered pizzas to be delivered at our hotel and they arrived uncut and missing our dips.(I used a plastic knife to cut it lol). So, I called the restaurant to complain and asked for a refund for the dips. The cashier passed me off to some guy named Chester who is the manager? He answered the phone rudely and without any introduction at all. Zero phone etiquette! He literally answered with a rude hello, and I had to ask like who is this, etc. So, after I told Chester what was wrong he started yelling at his employees while I was on the other end listening. (I honestly could not believe it, they are so unorganized and disrespectful.) The guy then said he would call me back in 10 minutes for a resolution. He never did. I ended up getting a text the next morning from some other guy and said I get a free pizza for the mistake. No refunds. Such a scam. I don't want a free pizza, IM DONE WITH DOMINOS IN CAMPBELL. Rightfully so, because the previous time I ordered I got COLD PIZZAS ON PICKUP, plus I paid for extra toppings and cheese and never got it. (I did complain at the time and they just offered a free pizza). I didn't get no "sorry," or nothing. Lots of East Indians working there and just completely destroyed the Dominos name.
