Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Campbell River

They worked around some Pizza Hut app issues for me which I appreciate but then hung up on me. When I was talking on the phone with them, they asked is there was anything else, I said yes and they responded with, "ok, thanks, bye" and hung up. Weird.

Other issues: boneless wings are fairly salty (I've tried honey garlic and garlic parmasan). Cinnabon tasted undercooked, doughy. App malfunctions every single time I use it and it's been that way for 4 years.

Good stuff: staff offered to deliver even though the app didn't offer delivery. The thin crust pizza is good, flavourful and not wet and limp although not crispy. I recieved an order and on the inside of the box was a small droplet of what im certain was blood, I told them about it and they went on to telling me it was dye from the box or seasoning. It was not. They brought me a replacement order and again told me to look at another box saying its dye from the box or seasoning from the pizza . Neither of which would leave a color like the one in the box I was given. After getting the replacement they didnt put any kind of seasoning on it. Horrible employee working conditions. Very little toppings for the price you pay. They don’t have air conditioning OR heating. These employees have to suffer due to this, If I were anybody else I would definitely NOT order from this establishment. The owner must be a very greedy person, providing little to nothing to make it a safe workspace, and putting very little toppings like there is a world crisis and we are rationing things.
