Subway — Restaurant in Campbell River

I was at this location this evening with my daughters. There was only one employee working named Kartik. When we arrived he was slammed with online orders and the line up of in-person customers was growing (and more online orders kept coming in too!). Having past experience in the service industry I have to say that I was so impressed with his ability to be calm and professional while doing the work of 2 or 3 people on his own. Went in and the woman behind the counter did not even acknowledge us. She just kept doing what she was doing. A couple minutes later a doordash type driver came in. She greeted him by name and said hi how you doing your sandwich will be ready in a minute. Still has not acknowledged us. She finished up with his order he left and then when she looked to us I explained to her that I was upset that she had ignored us and we were going elsewhere. This particular Subway was not a good experience. The young woman who waited on us had not been trained well. Then after directing her how to make my sub and I was cashing out she had an explosive sneeze I to her arm. No Kleenex handy.
