I wouldn't say FAST besides it's like pulling teeth to get any condiments it should be condiments , napkins and utensils and if you don't want them then say no condiments. Yesterday went through drive through. $1.75/ litre for gas ...Got the food right away had to pull into the wait line. Can you imagine waiting 10 minutes or more for your coffee. Food was cold by the time we got to eat. There were 3 vehicles pulled over waiting on coffee. I called the store and as a customer was given every excuse possible. Fast food drive thru have 3-5 minutes to get the order to the customer. I empathize that your short staffed but it's not my problem it's yours. I called you with my complaint so fix the problem. No customers= no staff you decide. I am supporting local business which helps to pay for employees. Perhaps start hiring people locally and show your support for the city of Camrose and the very people that support your stores. How many people in Camrose without a job? Can I get a he'll yes I need a job. I know alot of people were told by McDonald's camrose that you are over qualified or under qualified to work at McDonald's. Granted there is a ton of information to learn but with proper training and some time it can be done. It isn't rocket science. P.s. the last thing a customer wants to hear is all your problems. Read moreVery disappointed yet again when I got home to my family and realized I was given the wrong order and the order we did get was cold. Our drinks were just carbonated water with no syrup and the mcflurries were made of more filling then ice cream. We ordered a 10 pc mcnugget combo and got a mcchicken sandwich with pickles instead. We also ordered a sausage mcmuffin and instead got a quarter pounder with extra pickles. This seems to be an ongoing issue with staff training and switch overs as it has happened more times that I can count now. As a fast food drive through that takes 20min just to order and than get the wrong order Im more than frustrated by the money and time wasted. With the economy the way it is you would at least think that a person could get what they pay for instead of wasting their hard earned money on food that wasn't ordered. I was not given a receipt as well or else I'd go back to talk to the manager and get my money back so I could give their food back and go somewhere I'd get what I ordered. Arriving in tow with a toddler on Friday Feb 24th at lunchtime I walked in with an open mind as it was our first time inside McDonalds and for a date to the Play Centre.
We were met with oustanding service by 3 members in contact and extend our sincerest respect, thankfulness, and grace!
For far too often, parents do not have enough hands or amusments for little people. The quality help at the self serve station so other team members could diligently fill orders was amazing.
Followed through with the courteous acknowledgement to ask before my son recieved a balloon gift from the manager of the establishment.
Than our tray was promptly carried within minutes into the play area where we were met with more kind and caring kids to friviously play with my toddler.
Your team made an impressionable mark on our outing and our sincerest thanks is returned!
