My apologies that i have to write this review above my first review and tarnish this young ladies excellent work with this but I placed a delivery order today that for starters didnt even leave the store for over an hour after I had placed the order, then when it arrived it had all the wrong sandwhiches, coffee tasted good for the first sip or two from what was left of the heat from them and i wont even start on rhe timbits. Long story short though is I cannot eat bacon and i ended up with 3 bacon sandwhiches and yes i triple checked my order before and after placing the order and again after it was finally delivered. Worst part of it is that was 11am this morning, it is now 9:11 pm and about 30 calls later, and you guessed it, still no one working that can answer a phone so i could have at least attempted to straighten out my order. No wonder they are messing up orders and taking forever of they dont have anyone who can answer a phone. With all the bad news going around about tim hortons as of late, you would think they would have found someone who knew how to answer the phone to at least attempt keeping customers happy. So for 3 tiny no egg sandwhiches 3 coffees and 20 something things im pretty sure they are trying to pass off as timbits cost over $30 bucks and so far over an hour worth of calls amd now the time ive had to in writing this in hopes maybe now my call is worth taking. This isnt the first time my order has been wrong, but i understand things happen, but to jusy ignore someone to boot, nah not cool timhortons not cool. Guess ill have to take even more of my time to just come to you tomorrow and hopefully make this right some how.

Read moreSo I went to Camrose today for work. Thought it would be nice to grab Tim's for the drive back. Drive through wasn't too busy. Awkward as the area was, I got to the window rather quickly. No greeting. Total spoken without regard for form or professionalism. I advised that I'd like to scan my Tim's card. Scanner provided. Then paid. Then the order was wrong. I ordered simply sausage, with cheddar, on an english muffin, and a med vanilla latte. Charged almost 8$ Walked in. Waited in-store, in line. Asked for correction. Still no professionalism - same staff member as at windows. Staff members told people in the the back "it was SUPPOSED to be a simply sausage." 🙄 The new sandwich came out. No refund? Unsure I asked, "Didn't you charge me for the egg?" Blank look, no response. Unwilling to make others wait longer, I removed myself. Hopped back into work vehicle and went to eat. It was cold. It's simply sausage, alright. Un-toasted. Soggy. Processed american cheese (not the cheddar I paid extra for).
I like Tim's. I'd avoid this location if possible. I threw out the soggy sandwich and...
Read moreI ordered a large ice cappuccino by the drive-in and I saw the employee at the window giving my ice capp to the driver in the vehicule in front of me. I saw that driver give it back to the employee. Then when it was my turn, I asked the employee if he just gave my ice capp to that guy who was in front of me. He refused to answer me. I asked again, he proposed to make a new ice capp. I accepted. Then, the lady-employee behind him took over and asked me what was the problem. I explained. She took the ice capp given by mistake to the driver in front of me and said: did you order a large ice capp? This is a large ice capp, she said. So instead of simply answering to my question, both of them refused to admit the mistake and they also refused to make me a new one. Refusal was categoric. They should just have to admit the mistake and correct it. Very bad service. There must be a better training of employees in that...
