Fatburger Camrose — Restaurant in Camrose

We stopped going to that restaurant for two reasons. Famoso used to have a great fluffy pizza dough but they switched over to low cost/max profit chewy gum style dough and as European I can say it no longer Italian because all Italian ppl know that dough is base of perfect pizza. Second we were told that recipe hasn’t changed yet however owner admitted that changes will be made soon. Pizza was raw and disgusting I asked for them to re-cook it as I paid $45 for a meal and this pizza. They refused to compensate me for the pizza part and they wouldn’t even reheat the pizza I had to let them make me a whole new one which they had a severely condescending attitude about when that was their choice. I always go in this location so I know how they serve their meals, but tonight I am not happy. I ordered a kids chicken strips meal for my son just to get like how may pieces of fries in the box. Their reason was the box is big which is I know but to get like 8 or 9 strands of fries that is I think not right. Very frustrating. I was hoping that the manager could've just made it right.
