Don’t be fooled by the cute exterior. The food, at least today during the latest COVID restrictions, is very questionable. I definitely heard a microwave as well as sizzling, so some portion of our meal was relatively fresh and some of it nuked. Everything tasted alike instead of each element having a distinct flavour. The spring rolls are more like egg rolls and the fry was oddly dark. Seems like they were re-deep fried. The other hot elements: ham meatballs and grilled chicken were not as hot and textured as something fresh off the grill should be. The rice noodles were a bit over cooked and suspiciously plentiful. Stuff splattered on the walls broken old soya sauce jar they can't be that expensive to replace... broth and noodles in my pho were good but the beef smelled off and it was thick slices and chewy. I've never had pho with tough stinky beef before I did not finish it. Bean sprouts were old and looked Grey Peanut sauce was just Grey looking peanut butter. My kids enjoyed their dumplings and the salad rolls were tasty but nothing about this place is authentic Vietnamese it's more a Chinese food place that serves sub par pho... if you want real pho and Vietnamese food go to family pho ever...

The service was pleasant and friendly but when I phoned to complain about my order, which I rarely do unless something is very wrong, I was dismissed and told they'd never heard anything bad in 29 years of business.
