Y-NOT PIZZA & PASTA LTD. — Restaurant in Camrose

We ordered delivery, we gave instructions to call because we aren't connected to the intercom yet. The lady came, she didn't call, she tried the intercom, surprise surprise it did not work! She then proceeded to start banging on the main door of my apartment building aggressively, yelling like a crazy lady. I couldn't hear what she was saying so when I heard it I didn't think it was the delivery driver. She was completely unprofessional and it's pathetic how she couldn't follow simple instructions. She finally gave up, left, and called, like she was supposed to do in the first place. Then the debit machine wouldn't read my card, there's absolutely nothing wrong with my card, it was the debit machine. On to the pizza.... The pizza was really good, the ham was fresher than any other place I've had from camrose. However the crust was extremely tough. The outer edge of the crust was not edible because of how hard it was, I banged a knife on it, it sounded like it was hitting a rock. We ordered light on the sauce, but it wasn't light on the sauce, there was almost too much, way more than for my liking, hense asking for "light on the sauce". Improve the dough so it's not hard, chewy, tough, follow directions on how to prepare it, it would have been an amazing pizza. I don't know if we'll order here again. Firstly, I'm not a super fussy person. I decided to try this place because of the amazing reviews. It's only fair to share my true experience, even if it may be one off.

The pizza. Well, it definitely was well done, just as another customer had reviewed. Not like I'd expect a pizza crust to be. Hard to chew, especially the crust. For the Chicken BBQ Ranch, the BBQ sauce to my knowledge should have been drizzled on the pizza or as the sauce. Not sure if this was a cooking mistake. It was regular sauce. BBQ sauce was missed.

The wings. Wayyyy overcooked. Like leather. Super dried out. Disappointing but that's okay.

Cheese bread. Meh. We love cheese bread from anywhere. Here, we would pass. It was not that great.

Microwaved pizza leftovers were actually much better. The crust softened up. It was easier to eat and more enjoyable.

I'd rate our experience a 3.5 but points are not available. Service was good. Probably wouldn't order again unless this was a one...

Wow! For those that know Mountain Pizza in Edson, this place is right up there with that….now you get it! Ordered 2) XL (14”) pizzas: the house and meat lovers. Delivered 46$ asked for it well done as this is how I like it and it was PERFECT! Delicious fresh meat and veggies hearty toppings cooked to perfection. Crust was the way it should be. Not doughy or hard…just the right thickness & texture. Delivery was approx 35min from the time I ordered which is really good since I had them cook it well done. Price for the quality and quantity you won’t find anywhere! So glad this was recommended to me in the beautiful town of CAMROSE!! I highly recommend...
