Amir — Restaurant in Candiac

I hated it but I'm only giving 2 stars because of the food. It tastes good.

Okay here's the real deal... My friends and I look like a teen for our age and when you see a group of teenagers entering somewhere, you automatically think they will cause chaos. Guess what? We DIDN'T cause any chaos. One of the employees or something said: WHAT ARE YOU GUYS EATING? We tried to talk but they wouldn't let us. Kept cutting us off. My friend has trouble hearing and he said "huh?" 2 times and the employee said in a loud voice: GET OUT.

I got really mad because they didn't let us talk AND didn't let us explain. We just shared a plate of food and it took so long for us to be able to explain that.

Atmosphere... Dirty. Plus some employees just randomly sit at one of the tables and go on their phones. They were watching some weird 2022 video.

The menu said 14 dollars for the 10 piece amir and guess what? We asked the cashier how much it was with the rice and potatoes.. TOLD US 14 BUCKS ALRIGHT? We asked for our change and said: it costs 20 dollars (we paid in physical money) Scammers ugh.

This is the last time I'm eating from here....

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner there (old man) is extremely rude. I've been going here for years and always "put-up" with the passive aggressiveness of the owners and staff. The other day I walked in as the only customer there for lunch made my order very clearly, and the owner misunderstood the order. I politely asked repeating my order asking him for no turnip pickles and he immediately became hostile, cutting me off and telling me "it's ok, I suppose I'm supposed to just guess your order". Then when I tried to explain to him that it was simply a misunderstanding, he kept cutting me off saying "no I'll just guess, No I get it I have to guess your order."

It was the last straw for me and I told him to keep his food and left. I've also told everyone im my entourage to stop going there.

Unfortunately the teenagers at the school next door will probably keep this place in business, but the service is awful. Stay away from this place unless you want to be treated like dirt while...

I do not recommend coming here it was awful, I was going to eat there with my friends and my friend was going to pay so I sat down with other friend and then one of the employees came and said "get out if ur not ordering anything but he saw me get in with my friends I did not understand and said huh and then he started screaming at me telling me to get out and he only told me to get out not the other friend , only me. I was confused and it ruined my day and then my friend had to explain that our friend is ordering for the 3 of us and then the employee finally calmed down and was mean to me the whole time giving me weird looks. Its so mean I only wanted to spend time with my friends and then that guy ended up ruining my whole day. And the employees also scammed my friend, my friend gave 20 dollars for a 14 dollars meal and the employees did not give the change back it's unacceptable. and the employee was behind us watching us the whole time.
