I called the store after placing my Uber eats order to have more wasabi or atleast enough for my big order of 30 pieces (for $55 before tax and fees). The employee said yes on the phone but we ended up getting a piece of wasabi smaller than a dime… it’s so ridiculous that even after going OUT OF MY WAY to CALL for wasabi and getting the LEAST wasabi of any sushi order I’ve ever placed. Additionally, there were a TON of rice for the price and one of the rolls fell apart… my videos and pics speak for themselves. The other uni sushi in the area is 10 times better and for the same price. No wonder your reviews on both here and Uber eats is lower. Do better.

We had to go to the Candiac location after being told that the Greenfield Park had no availability for the evening. We decided to take the detour because reviews were already great. I've had great sushi in many places around the world and I can say that this is some of the best sushi that I've had in a long time. You have to try the King and the Rainbow rolls. They're incredible. Not only is the sushi great, but you can also bring your own wine. Service was great in English and in French. I highly recommend this place.

Uni Sushi, nestled in the city's heart of Candiac, offers an elegant and serene ambiance. The menu is a blend of traditional and innovative Japanese dishes. The Omakase steals the show with its 5 courses or more if you are not satiate. The service is impeccable, and the staff are knowledgeable and passionate. Don't miss the miso-marinated sea food and tuna tataki. Uni Sushi also offers hot dishs like general tao and imperial roll. Overall, it's a must-visit for an authentic Japanese culinary experience.

I wanted to reserve at the Greenfield park location but they were all booked so decided to give it a try here. First, they did not want to serve sushi à la carte. They wanted us to take the tasting menu or the combos... ??? what is this way of doing business for a small sushi take-out restaurant? After insisting, they accepted to take our order with a minimum of 35$ per person if we order à la carte. What a rip off. We were with the kids so we did not have a choice. They were hungry...The seafood miso soup was always subpar. They put small pieces of fish and shrimp cut up in small pieces ( felt like a leftover soup). I had the seafood miso at Greenfield park a couple of weeks ago and it was not like this. I dont mind spending when I go out and eat but I dont appreciate paying for something I did not get. And, the service was extremely slow. Paid the bill, left 15% tip and will not go back. You lost a...

I am not a sushi expert, but I have gone to MANY sushi places in North America (beyond buffets). Considering I live in the area, I've been hearing about Uni Sushi for a while now, and was curious to try it. So why 2 stars? Well, simple. The chef's choice completely lacked imagination, as there were maximum 4-5 ingredients that the chef played with to make "different" sushis, while they were all nearly the same. Second of all, the ambiance is really not the best. The place itself is quite small, and gets pretty full in the evenings. Finally, the prices are easily $1-2 more for each sushi roll type than most of the places in Montréal area, which is completely unjustified based on the mentioned above. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and I consider it to be an...
