not a troll. real experience. I usually love coming to this Subway. The food is great, and it’s super convenient. However, there’s one employee here who is incredibly rude, and it really takes away from the experience.
On one occasion, I ordered a six-inch sub, and after finishing, I was still hungry, so I went back to order another one. Instead of just taking my order, the employee commented, “Again? You’re ordering another one?”which felt completely unnecessary. As a customer, how much I order is none of his business, and it’s definitely not his place to judge.
Another time, my friend was simply ordering a cookie, and the same employee rudely told them, “You speak so damn fast.” There are much better ways to ask someone to repeat themselves without making them feel bad about how they talk.
Most recently, a friend of mine ordered a plain sub, and the employee actually said, “Damn, why are you ordering a Subway like that? So plain, so boring.” Again, completely unprofessional. Everyone has different tastes, and customers shouldn’t be criticized for their food choices.
