Thai Express — Restaurant in Carleton Place

I’m really hoping they figure things out. My first time there they forgot the beef in the pad see ew. My second experience was a takeout order where there was almost no chicken in either of the General Thai chicken. The pad see ew was very dry, and they sent the wrong dipping sauce for the dumplings. I spoke to the manager on my third visit. Super nice and really seems to care. My food was okay that visit. My fourth time here and there are still a few issues. It doesn’t matter how many times you mention you’re eating in, they always serve you in a “to go” container. No trays for eating in either. Very disappointed ! Just opened a few days ago and it was dirty and I had to ask twice to have one of tables cleaned as they were all dirty. The food was so oily and I didn’t get extra basil in my basil fried rice that I paid extra for. My husband ordered Thai soup and he said it was oily as well. I have 5 bites out of my rice and I couldn’t eat anything else. I throw it out. My husband wasn’t able to finish his soup and he always does when we go to other locations. We...

First off , Food was delicious. Problem is we ordered thru the App. I specified a time to be ready. Guess what? It wasnt. The problem is that when it was ready they never called my order and just let it sit there. After 25 mins, I asked when my order was going to be ready. They were like it's here.

So now it's cold by the time I get home. So don't expect them to let you know if your order is ready when using the App.
