I ordered a medium walk-in special for me and my son as we were gasing up. They said 20 minutes. Great, we went to Walmart and came back 40 minutes later. The girl seemed a little confused at the front and told me it's in the oven. So we waited longer. 1 hour later I get up and ask if my order is done yet.
Even though I've been sitting there since coming back from Walmart, now she is completely confused and one of the staff in the back is asking me what phone number. I'm the bloody walk-in that's been sitting here waiting but they still seem confused about my pizza. They tell me another 5 minutes. I've had enough of this B/S and tell them to forget it and give me back my money.
The manager, who I think was the husband of whoever was in the back, eventually gives me my money but I can barely understand what he is saying. I'm so fed up with the various Pizza Pizza locations that I'm never using them again. It's hit and miss anytime I order from them and I'm sick of incompetent staff that more often then not screw up your order. Maybe if they offered the pizza free for wasting the last hour of our time waiting for something to eat but nope.

Read moreTonight we had to drop a friend off in the city and decided that we would grab pizza for dinner on our way home as we knew we would be home later than usual. I made my order online ahead of time, not only did I have to wait 15 mins after the timeframe that was made but both of my pizzas were BURNT and was hard. I googled customer service number and it gave me corporates number but because of the time I had only got after hours voicemail. I attempted again but with ext399 and still a voicemail so I decided to call the ordering line to make a complaint in which the guy was not listening to what I had to say and kept repeating himself. The agent asked me to go back in with said pizzas and new ones would be made or I could get a $10 credit - again, I don’t live in that town so it’s quite a drive and there’s now a snowstorm occurring. So I sent an email with a picture of pizza and got a response of being offered new pizzas and now a $16 credit after already mentioning my two reasons as described above.
I’ve never had an issue with Pizzapizza and it’s unfortunate that the pizza was burnt but the customer service when dealing with issues is terrible. My family will no longer support...
Read moreTerrible terrible service and dishonest. Tonight I purchased two large pizzas for my family after a long day of moving. They arrive I go to feed my family and both pizzas are black burnt on the bottom!!!! Not even edible!! I took pictures. I called wanted my money back they said they would make me two more but would take 45mins, I said no I want a full refund plus tip back and could not wait another hr to feed my children. They agreed and said the driver was in his way back. I went to McDonald's 30mins there and back ate and still no delivery man with my refund. I called the store back and demanded my money or I would be coming to the store with their pizzas to get it. Following the phone call, 10 mins later the delivery man arrived. (he was very apologetic, not sure why not his fault they put out burnt pizza)
