Avoid at all costs. This place does not practice safe food handling practices nor do they treat their customers well or talk to them at all. Made a delivery order that included spring rolls. I've had them here before and at other Swiss chalets and they looked fine. When I opened it I was shocked. How did anyone in their right mind think that that is an acceptable way to give food to the customer?? It's burnt to blackness and there are pieces missing. We tried calling several times at 7pm and no answer. We drove to the restaurant which was closed at 7:30pm and we had to go through drive through which took 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. When we informed them about what happened there was no apology. When we got the new spring rolls they came in a different black box that wasn't see through and the person giving it to us didn't say a word and closed the window right away. I opened them as we were driving away and realized they did the same thing with the new batch. We came back again and the lady at the drive through speaker was very annoyed and said that that is how they cook them but she will take them out early she guesses. What in the world?? You close an hour early with no information about it on the website and produce terrible quality dishes while not accepting your fault at all. Never again will...

Payed a visit to Harvey's today,Tuesday Oct.9th at around noon.Haven't been there in a while.Went with my wife.Both looking for a change from the normal fare we get out.The trip wasn't the mediocre we were anticipating..To my surprise,not only was the food excellent but the service was also! I got a Burger with bake potato & soft drink ,all delicious.Wife also had a burger with Onion Rings & drink ,which she also enjoyed.When we enter & advanced to the counter not one but two employees greeted us with a smile & pleasant comments.Order was taken & prepared rapidly & efficiently.I was that impressed with both the service & high quality of the food,that after we finished eating,I took the time to personally speak with the store manager to thank both her & her wonderful staff for going so far & above the normal customer service.It is rare in this day & age to come to a fast food outlet & be so well satisfied .Havey's Upper management should be made aware when staff of the company not only produce an excellent meal but also excellent service.Very enjoyable trip,we'll...
