A&W Canada — Restaurant in Centre Wellington

As a retired couple we often picked up a morning coffee at McDonald’s or Tim Horton ‘s .One day we walked by A&W and decided to try something new. The inviting smile and greeting by Brandi and the busy hands in the kitchen of Yashvi and Ruby was our first glimpse of the place we now call our own. The place was spotless, the latte was the best we had tasted, the food was freshly prepared and delivered to our table quickly.After several weeks of the same experience and a dozen other friendly staffers, we knew we had discovered a gem.We know now that is not just the free trade coffee,the tasty food and the cleanliness of the restaurant.What makes the difference are the people behind the counter who greet us every morning with a broad smile and a friendly hello and they respond the same with everyone who walks through the door.It is part of our daily routine and my wife and I look forward to seeing our wonderful second family each...

We stopped in at this A&W for dinner on our way to Wiarton for a cottage weekend.

It was not busy when we visited.

The restaurant was closed for eat in dining, so we did drive through and are our food in the car.

I was still able to take my 4 year old in for a pee, we had been driving for about an hour at that point, and wanted to empty our bladders before the rest of the drive.

The service was quick and the staff were friendly.

My dog Lucy was barking in the back of the car when we were giving out orders, and i paused for second mid order to yell "shut up Lucy!". When we got out order moment later, we saw the name take of the girl who took our order was Lucy.

We had a good laugh and went on our way. Even with the distractions order was 100% correct.

Went to the gas station and decided to grab a bite to eat. Had a couple coupons I wanted to use, I was excited for some good food at a discounted price. I ordered a habenero chicken burger, and received a regular chicken burger which I didn't eat due to it being the wrong item. Worst of all, were the onion rings. My theory was they had been sitting in the warmer for a LONG time and should of been thrown out, yet I believe I got double fried onion rings as they were dark brown and rubbery. Extremely disappointed with this location as I am a big fan of A&W and 90% of the time the food is great. After driving too far to go back I was intending to use my receipt as proof yet they never gave me one! I will definetly be considering taking my business somewhere else as this was...
